NBA 2K27 Player Backlash Explained: Is 2K's Business Model Finally Too Much?
NBA 2K27 is set to launch on September 4, 2026, but if you pay close attention, you'll notice that the community doesn't seem as excited for the new content as in previous years. Instead, posts expressing dissatisfaction are everywhere. Why is this?
This article will analyze why players are generally dissatisfied with NBA 2K27 and what problems are hidden behind the game.
Virtual Currency EcosystemOne of the biggest complaints from players is that they feel like they're essentially renting the game every year. Players feel they receive roughly the same things each year but have to pay again, and transitioning from one game to another feels like returning a rented item.
In addition, there's the issue of virtual currency. MT has always been the lifeblood of MyCAREER and MyTEAM modes, used for everything from upgrading player attributes to purchasing card packs and cosmetic items. Players spend hours, sometimes even hundreds of dollars, to acquire MT, only to have it all wiped out when they acquire the latest 2K game.
A video created by the founder of 2K on this issue quickly went viral, garnering over 1.2 million views. His core argument was that 2K Sports should build an ecosystem around virtual currency - a consistent element across all games - to create a more cohesive player experience.
This is utterly absurd. To illustrate the absurdity of this approach, consider this simple example: NBA teams typically don't change their mascots, yet players are forced to use MT in every new game to acquire the same mascot, even if they already own it in previous games.
It's like players have to pay an annual fee - not only for the game itself, but also for the unchanging elements within the game.
Predatory Profit ModelThe game's profit model is widely considered exploitative, designed to create frustration and force players to engage in microtransactions.
Statistically, in NBA 2K26, players need to spend over 140,000 MT to achieve an OVR of 80. To build a competitive MyTEAM team, you either need to invest hundreds of hours grinding for rewards or spend MT to acquire guaranteed card packs.
When I compared this game series to other games, I found that 2K Games is simply the worst predator in the industry, making EA seem much cleaner.
Terrible Player Models and Cover ArtCaitlin Clark's cover art sparked a strong reaction from players, with many fans flooding social media to complain that her digital illustration didn't resemble her at all. It has to be said that this wasn't just fans nitpicking; the cover art really looked terrible, like something the studio casually threw at AI, completely lacking in technical skill.
In addition, the player model design in NBA 2K27 is extremely poor. Many players look very similar, with Caitlin Clark looking like a combination of Carleton and Fever coach Stephanie White. And most importantly, the model in the game makes her look like a boy.
Attribute Point Reset Fee ControversyA concept for a feature called Reset Attribute Points in NBA 2K27, allowing players to reset and redistribute attribute points, has been leaked, but the proposed 100,000 $1 fee has sparked outrage.
The main point is that if you've already spent 285,000 MT on a player model and then realize you've made a mistake, under this system, you'll need to spend another 100,000 MT to make up for it - meaning a single player model would cost nearly 400,000 MT. I think if this mechanism were actually implemented, it would be met with fierce criticism.
Because players should have the opportunity to make changes for free, as no one can guarantee they won't make mistakes. Sometimes you might find that your character's attribute points are just a little short of reaching the threshold for a key badge or animation - for example, lacking 87 points in ball handling (unable to use momentum dribble).
Server Shutdowns and Content LossFor many veteran players looking to revisit the game, perhaps the most frustrating issue is that online access is cut off approximately two years after the game's release. Once the servers shut down, players will lose access to most game modes except for Quick Match.
Furthermore, if you downloaded 2K Share content for a particular season (jerseys, team logos, etc.), your save data will be unusable after the servers close, preventing you from continuing the game even in offline mode.
I believe this behavior is criminally punishable. Players pay full price for the game, only to find that the core modes will be locked and unplayable after a few years. To me, this is utterly unacceptable. This contrasts sharply with FC series, where you could play any FC game whenever you wanted.
Matchmaking and Community ToxicityI believe the biggest unresolved issue in the game is the matchmaking system. The current system is essentially random. Players who prioritize teamwork and passing are consistently matched with selfish ball handlers;
Players with high basketball IQs are often matched with low-IQ players who waste time dribbling; and players who try to play methodically are penalized.
The matchmaking system seems to deliberately pair players with vastly different playstyles, but the studio appears unable to fix this issue, exacerbating player frustration and making the single-player experience unbearable.
Lack of CompetitionUltimately, the reason this series has so many problems yet remains unaddressed largely stems from 2K's monopoly on licensed NBA basketball games. The player base possesses power, but rarely exercises it collectively. Unless players stop trading, nothing will change.
NBA 2K27 was a turning point for many players - not because it was the worst installment in the series, but because years of pent-up frustration finally erupted. From Caitlin Clark cover controversy to server shutdowns and exploitative spending, player discontent has been building.
But the studio seems to be ignoring it. I wonder how many players will remain if this continues. Perhaps if the monopoly issue isn't resolved, players will never receive fair treatment.
Diablo 4 Season 15 PTR Class Balance Breakdown: Blizzard Nerfed the Strong, But Forgot the Weak
If you've been following Diablo 4 community since Season 15 PTR announcement, you've probably sensed the players' panic. In short, the situation is mixed; while some class changes are indeed worrying, the overall situation is far more complex than just player anger.
This article will analyze the class balance adjustments in Diablo 4 Season 15 3.2.0 PTR to help you understand the future landscape.
Biggest Winners RogueRogue is undoubtedly the safest choice in Season 15. Most popular Rogue builds have avoided significant nerfs, and the improved combo points make the game smoother for this class.
We believe Rogue will likely continue to hold a top-tier position, with many players even considering them the only true S-tier class. However, considering Rogue's previous significant nerfs, this stability feels like a deliberate adjustment by the developers.
WarlockWarlock is the biggest beneficiary of the overall buffs. Many skills can now be cast while moving, greatly improving mobility, while improvements to resource acquisition and gameplay are also numerous.
Compared to other classes, Warlock's damage multiplier increase is astonishing, rising from 6x to 11x, meaning Warlock's endgame pushing capabilities may undergo a qualitative change. If you're looking for a truly significantly buffed class, look no further than Warlock.
You can start preparing some $1 suitable for Warlock. Different builds may vary considerably, so it's recommended to consider your desired build in advance.
Major Nerfs BarbarianBarbarian received the most significant overall nerf in Diablo 4 Season 15 PTR, and it was ruthless. Strength damage bonuses were reduced, the sustained damage output of Fury build was weakened, and the interactive effects of several legendary items were directly nerfed.
The specific numbers speak for themselves: the core attribute coefficient dropped from 1.1 to 0.8, Rallying Cry damage was halved from 200% to 100%, and the same applies to Call of the Ancients. In addition, the values of many glyphs and legendary items have also been comprehensively reduced.
However, Barbarian in Season 15 wasn't actually nerfed to the point of being useless; rather, Blizzard weakened its previously overpowered damage output, which relied on high multipliers, infinite rage, and Overpower bursts, bringing it back to a more normal level. In any case, this can be seen as a response to some players who felt Barbarian was overpowered in Season 14.
DruidIn Diablo 4 Season 15 PTR, several mainstream Druid builds were significantly nerfed. Storm-centric build lost its significant scaling potential, but some underperforming skills only received minor buffs.
The increase in core attribute coefficients from 1.25 to 1.625 is certainly good, but it's offset by some brutal nerfs. For example, Ursine Strength has plummeted from 10-13% to 2-4%, and now only applies to Werebear skills. Unless additional adjustments are made before Season 15 goes live, Druid will likely remain at a disadvantage compared to other classes.
Read More: $1
Forgotten Classes NecromancerNecromancer's situation is perhaps the most frustrating. While the core attribute coefficient has also increased to 1.625, the actual skill changes are negligible.
Player feedback has been very strong. In Season 14, Barbarians cleared Abyss level 150 in a short time, while Necromancers could only reach level 138. Doesn't that speak volumes? This class's damage is already so low, and there's still no indication of improvement in the new season.
For example, with Sever, Blizzard merely fixed the skill's location; there were no damage increases, no new glyphs, no new items, and no new stats. Even though players pointed out the skill's fundamental design flaw - the excessively long animation limiting continuous casting and rendering attack speed almost useless - Blizzard showed no intention of addressing this issue.
SorcererIn contrast, Sorcerer received some welcome improvements, including smoother Ball Lightning and enhancements to elemental builds. However, many underperforming builds remained largely unchanged, so the class's overall strength may still lag behind Rogue and Warlock.
Deeper IssuesPlayer dissatisfaction with Blizzard's class balance adjustments stems not only from the numbers but also from the design philosophy. Blizzard's class nerfs are always swift and aggressive, while buffs are always cautious, forcing players to stick to only one or two fixed builds and abandoning some weaker classes.
When a particular class makes up nearly 80% of the total characters in a season (reportedly, Barbarians recently reached this point), Blizzard's focus isn't on buffing other classes but rather on nerfing the leading class, creating a vicious cycle.
This is currently only on 3.2.0 PTR test server, not the final version. Hopefully, a more balanced approach to classes will yield better results.
Future SituationIf you're playing Rogue or Warlock, you'll be fine in Diablo 4 Season 15, as they are likely to be top-tier classes.
If you're playing Barbarian, while it might be tough, the class itself is strong enough that you'll probably be able to handle it. These nerfs are more about bringing Barbarians back to a normal level than completely destroying them.
If you're playing Druid or Sorcerer, you're in a precarious position. While some builds have been buffed, the overall strength may still feel insufficient.
If you're playing Necromancer, you have every reason to be frustrated. This class has some systemic issues that minor numerical buffs and adjustments to skill placement won't solve.
The above is an analysis of the class balance adjustments in Diablo 4 Season 15 PTR. This is the general situation at present, but the announcement at Blizzard may completely change everything before the new season officially goes live. We can look forward to it.
EA FC 27 Kills the Meta? All PlayStyles Rebalanced | Here's What Works Now
In FC 26, Roles and Playstyles almost determine everything you do on the field, because you basically revolve around these two metrics when you play the game. So, many people's first reaction to news of EA FC 27 was, "Here we go again."
But FC 27 has kept us in suspense for so long, and based on the leaked information, it's safe to say that this time it will only be better than its predecessor, not worse or similar.
AI No Longer Controls EverythingThis time, the development team has made significant changes to the defensive system in FIFA 27, especially the AI defenders in online matches. Previously, the AI often did the work for you, but now the game emphasizes player intervention.
Specifically, while AI defenders will still attempt to intercept you when you dribble, their tackle frequency and the range of interference they can cover are much smaller than when manually controlled by the player.
In FC 27, AI defenders will at most play a supporting role; they won't directly intercept the ball or steal the spotlight. Ultimately, how you defend depends on your own efforts.
Encouraging Active ControlSince we need to manually defend in the game, the controls must feel responsive.
Therefore, in FUT 27, to improve the efficiency of manual control, player Jockey speed has been increased, and manually triggered stand tackles have a wider effective range.
Additionally, an avoidance option is added when taking corner kicks. This means you can choose not to rush the pass, but rather wait and observe before initiating an attack, avoiding prolonged back-and-forth tackling.
On the offensive end, FC 27 will penalize mistakes if you make a hasty attack. Manually controlled running distances will be limited, requiring more careful route planning. Cross success rate will depend on both aiming accuracy and power.
There are also new triggered curve runs that allow you to bypass defenders, but the movement itself takes longer and requires advance judgment.
Changes in Control DetailsBesides these changes in offensive and defensive strategies, ground passes and the subtle dinked passes in EA Sports FC 27 will demand even greater precision from your controls. Most notably, if your player's stats are good enough, even if they're knocked off balance during physical duels, they might still be able to keep the ball. This is the newly added off-balance dribbling.
However, this mechanism is prone to being a double-edged sword - if you can consistently protect the ball after being knocked down, it makes the game feel less realistic; but if you manage to withstand the impact and still lose possession, it makes the player feel like they've wasted their effort.
PlayStyles Balance AdjustmentsIt's worth mentioning that almost all PlayStyles, such as Technical Dribbling, Finesse Shot, Interception, Pinged Pass, Jockey, Precision Header, etc., have undergone balance adjustments in FC 27.
It's not a simple nerf, but rather making their effects more dependent on the player's base attributes, while narrowing the gap between PlayStyles and PlayStyle Plus.
This way, you won't just focus on using the one or two strongest ones; other PlayStyles will also have a chance to appear in the game.
For example, Rapid PlayStyle feature used to significantly speed up dribbling animations, but this acceleration effect will be removed in FC 27 to prevent it from being too overpowered.
Expectations and ConcernsWhile the above changes are encouraging, the ultimate success of EA FC 27 will depend on the refinement of the game's fundamental experience.
If the development team wants the mechanics that emphasize manual operation to truly demonstrate their value in FC 27, and to provide clear feedback on both the good and the bad, then they will inevitably have to work on the game's responsiveness, smoothness, and collision effects.
Off-balance dribbling mechanism deserves particular attention because its balance is extremely difficult to achieve: too much force makes it unrealistic, while too little force results in a poor effect.
Furthermore, internal testing may not be able to detect all the problems with FC 27; extensive player testing is necessary for gradual adjustments.
Game Release ScheduleOn the other hand, while FC 27 is scheduled for release on September 25th, its expensive Ultimate Edition and the newly added limited-time Ultimate Plus Edition offer players the privilege of playing seven days early - clearly designed to create anxiety among players, making them feel they're missing out if they don't unlock these versions.
Furthermore, key new features like off-balance dribbling continue the tradition of only being available for next-generation consoles, leaving players on older platforms envious.
As for Ultimate Team mode, there are widespread concerns that it will continue to find ways to pressure players into investing large sums of money and encouraging excessive spending, a recurring point of contention for this football game every year.
And as the most basic hard currency in Ultimate Team mode, the reward and spending channels for $1, if not designed to be balanced, could easily make it difficult for ordinary players to progress, which is one of the triggers for controversy over the years.
In summary, it's clear that FC 27's changes aim to revitalize skill, strategy, and manual control, making it less reliant on systems and AI.
However, given the series' long history of glitches, whether these visions can be translated into a stable and enjoyable experience remains to be seen.
GTA 6 Leaks Reveal Rockstar's Biggest Cuts: From Extreme Weather to Abandoned Map Ideas
GTA 6 is set to launch on November 19, 2026, and players are eagerly anticipating it. If you frequently browse GTA 6 forums, you'll have noticed a lot of leaks lately. Frankly, I see almost the same things every day, some of which sound absurd, but there's nothing we can do; the official release of new content is delayed. Players are getting impatient.
Today, I'll bring you some new information, revealing the truth behind GTA 6's release. Reportedly, Rockstar Games made some difficult decisions behind the scenes, resulting in the cancellation of many ambitious features.
Overall, the studio is more inclined to create a stable, focused, and meticulously crafted gaming experience, rather than an all-encompassing, unconventional sandbox game. Let's discuss this further.
Weather SystemIt's said that in the early stages of GTA 6's development, Rockstar experimented with a physics-based dynamic weather system, including destructive hurricanes, tornadoes, and tropical storms. Their goal was to bring life to the world of Leonidas through unpredictable, chaotic forces.
However, these extreme weather elements may ultimately not appear in GTA 6 because their hardware requirements are simply too high. On PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, GTA 6 already targets a frame rate of 30 frames per second, so pursuing such complex, physics-driven visual spectacles would affect the game's stability.
Therefore, Rockstar seems to have opted for a smooth and stable gameplay experience rather than breathtaking but unstable weather effects.
Story ConceptWe all know that GTA 6's story revolves around Jason and Lucia, but have you ever considered that it might not have originally been like that? Leaked information suggests that Rockstar Games conceived a story draft several years ago with a roster of protagonists vastly different from the current one.
These early concept characters included a police officer, his rebellious son, and a Colombian drug lord. They also considered characters like a female agent and a soldier, ultimately settling on the pairing we see today after extensive research.
This shift towards a more emotionally resonant criminal partnership model was a crucial narrative turning point in the game's long development process.

Combat ExperiencePlayers have long anticipated the ability to prone during combat or stealth. Reportedly, Rockstar considered this feature, but testing revealed that while it had the potential to add tactical depth, it slowed down the game's pace, making it feel clunky and inconsistent with Rockstar's final design for a fluid combat system. Therefore, it may not ultimately appear in GTA 6.
Furthermore, while some promotional images and leaks seem to suggest Jason and Lucia can dual-wield weapons, I believe this feature will not be included in the final game. Those images hinting at dual-wielding are likely related to specific cutscenes rather than free exploration of the game.
Similarly, the ability to listen to the car radio from outside the vehicle was tested, but apparently removed for technical and realism reasons.
A more advanced and dynamic cover system, inspired by modern third-person action games, was reportedly under development. However, early testers considered it terrible and out of place in GTA 6's open-world pace, but now it seems likely to return.
Leonida MapWe know that GTA 6's map is currently set in the fictional state of Leonidas. Early plans reportedly considered Florida Panhandle and even a large theme park similar to Disney World.
However, these novel areas were ultimately abandoned, replaced by a denser, more dynamic environment where every corner of the world serves its purpose. After continuous optimization, the final version we see today was achieved.
In addition, even some environmental details have been adjusted; a recent comparison between the trailer and previously leaked screenshots shows that vegetation density has been reduced, likely an optimization choice made to maintain stable performance on console platforms.
Handcrafted PhilosophyCEO of Take-Two Interactive has publicly stated that generative AI played no role in the development of GTA 6; every building, every street, and every block in the game should have been handcrafted by human developers. While this method is time-consuming, it is crucial to Rockstar game world.
Therefore, following this philosophy, rather than sacrificing the quality and integrity of the game world, it's better to cut ambitious ideas that won't work. The developers stated that they have a constant stream of ideas, are rarely limited by creativity during the game's development, and believe that unless a concept is truly outstanding, there's no need to salvage it.
This game has consumed enormous human and material resources and carries the expectations of countless players. I believe that when this game is finally released, it will definitely give players a satisfactory answer.
Pre-orders are currently underway, and players who like this game can pre-order now. After the game launches, if you find yourself lacking in-game funds or items, check out $1. There you'll find what you need, giving you a head start.
That concludes this article about the development process of GTA 6. In short, the studio is consciously creating a focused and refined gaming experience, rather than trying to cram in every ambitious idea that pops into development. I think this is excellent, and the final result will certainly be great. Let's look forward to the release of GTA 6 in November.

WoW Series Apr 27, 2024In-Depth Analysis On The Latest Class Adjustments In WOW Season Of Discovery Phase 3
Today, we'll delve into the recent class changes announced just a few days ago for the WoW Classic Season Of Discovery Phase 3. These updates promise significant boosts to the DPS of certain classes. Over the next few weeks, additional adjustments will be made to other courses. Let's explore these classes changes in hotfixes together!
Druid ClassThe Natural Weapons talent has received a major update in Druid. Previously, this talent solely augmented physical damage, but now it extends its effect to boost all damage dealt by the Druids. Then the Gale Winds rune has been greatly adjusted, and the mana cost of Hurricane has been significantly reduced by 60%. This reduction in mana cost allows the Druids to utilize Hurricane more efficiently.
The functionality of Swiftmend talent has been enhanced. Previously, when casting Swiftmend, it would consume either a Rejuvenation or Regrowth effect on the target. However, with this update, Druids no longer need to sacrifice these 2 effects when using Swiftmend.
Paladin ClassAs for the Paladin class, there are a ton of major changes. The damage of the Seal of Righteousness can now result in critical hits. The duration of Sacred Shield rune has been extended to 60 seconds, up from 30 seconds.
The Crusader Strike now refreshes all active judgment effects on the target, extending their duration by 30 seconds. Perhaps the most notable change is that the Seal of Martyrdom can now be twisted with other seals, including Seal of Command.
This introduction of Seal Twisting Paladins in WoW Classic SOD Phase 3 is a callback to an emergent effect from the original Burning Crusade. Seal twisting, though initially considered a bug, became a popular feature among players.
The decision to allow the Seal of Martyrdom and Seal of Command to be twisted together comes with some concerns, such as mana inefficiency and the need for addons like the WeaponSwingTimer. However, recognizing its appeal to many players and its historical significance, Blizzard will monitor the performance of Retribution Paladin closely and may revert the change or make additional adjustments if necessary.
Despite the introduction of twisting, the optimal Retribution play style is not expected to change immediately because of existing interactions between runes like the Art of War, Seal of Martyrdom, and Exorcism. Larger redesigns may be needed to diversify the Retribution play style, and Blizzard is evaluating options for potential changes in Phase 3 or Phase 4.
Priest ClassAs for our Shadow Priests out there, the Shadowform now increases all damage done by 25%, up from 15%, marking a straight-up 10% buff to Shadow Priest damage. This significant increase in damage potential offers Shadow Priests greater potency in dealing with adversaries, enhancing their abilities in both PvE and PvP encounters. Additionally, having some $1 on hand can be extremely helpful when you encounter challenging situations.
Rogue ClassFor Rogues, it looks like they’re trying to bring back the Sword Rogues. Saber Slash bleeds now stack up to 5 times. The damage of bleed in Saber Slash increases the impact damage done by Sinister Strike and Saber Slash by 15% per stack for the Rogue who applied the bleed. This means that with 5 stacks, you’re hitting 75% harder with Saber Slash or Sinister Strike.
Furthermore, the bleed of Saber Slash now can deal 3% of the Rogue’s attack power per damage, down from 5%. While this is a bit of a nerf, the 75% increase to your initial damage when using Saber Slash is still significant, especially considering it can now stack up to 5 times, resulting in a substantial DPS increase overall.
Shaman ClassShamans will find that Mental Dexterity now triggers exclusively from dealing damage with Storm Strike and Lava Lash. The duration has been extended to 30 seconds, a significant increase from the previous 10-second duration. Burn now increases the damage of Flame Shock by 100%, extends Flame Shock’s dot duration by 6 seconds, and allows Flame Shock to strike up to 5 targets, up from 3.
Developer notes that they’ve received a lot of feedback about the overall usability of Mental Dexterity, particularly for Elemental Shamans. This ability was not intended to be used by Elemental, so the adjustments made aim to ensure its usage is more enhancement-centric. To compensate, the output and usability of the Burn rune have been increased, with a slight Quality of Life (QoL) improvement as a Flame Shock duration increase.
This allows for 2 Lava Burst casts to be used within a single Flame Shock duration. However, this may not be enough to bring Elemental up to the desired level, so further tactical adjustments are planned in future class adjustment updates as needed.
Final ThoughtAt the conclusion of the post, it is mentioned that in the upcoming weeks, there are meticulous plans for further adjustments to Hunters, Mages and Warlocks in future updates. The developer highly values the feedback received since the initiation of WoW Classic Season Of Discovery Phase 3 and eagerly anticipates sharing more details about the forthcoming round of adjustments.
So keep in mind that they are still evaluating and going to be making adjustments accordingly. But all in all, some class updates we discuss are very promising. I'm sure you may be excited about the Seal Twisting Paladin, and the DPS increase to Shadow Priests. Hope you can try it out and enjoy a good gaming experience.

Fallout 76 May 30, 2024How To Get A Better Gaming Experience In Fallout 76? - 8 Essential Tips
Fallout 76 is an enduring adventure game, and developers continue to inject updates and new content into the game in an effort to keep it fresh. As they keep the game alive, new players continue to enter the vast world of Fallout 76. So, here we want to share 8 key tips to help players get familiar with the game and better enjoy their journey to Appalachia.
Focus On Main Quests FirstThe most important tip is to treat the game like you’re playing Fallout 4. It’s better to just focus on completing the mission while avoiding multiplayer events until at least the major mission is completed.
Many public events are ending quests for main and side quest chains, and you must eventually complete them, but if you complete them before completing those quest chains, you will end up breaking your own quest line.
Another reason is that many multiplayer events tend to offer very generous $1 and materials as rewards, which are easily better than what you’ll get from missions. If you participate in too many public events, you can easily become disappointed with the main quest rewards.
You can go back and complete quest lines after completing multiplayer events, but they do lose their charm. Therefore, it is best to avoid participating in daily operations, public events, and expeditions until you have completed your primary tasks. Otherwise, you’ll regret starting these multiplayer events too early after they become all that the late game has to offer.
Remember, you can only be a new player once. So before jumping into the multiplayer features, take the time to explore and understand the in-game story.
Also, don’t forget to enable Pacifist Mode after reaching level 5, as this will prevent anyone from PVP you and prevent you from accidentally starting PVP.
Unlock WatchtowersIn Fallout 76, you can also find Watchtowers, and climbing to the top unlocks surrounding locations. Then, if you’re close enough, you can place them on your map and unlock them for future fast travel.
Note that enemies usually defend these towers, so be prepared to deal with some enemies. But with a little caution and stealth, you should be able to defeat even high-level enemies.
Once you climb the tower, you’ll see a number of new entries on the map. You still need to travel to them in person to fully unlock them for fast travel, and your map will now show these locations.
Join A GroupAdditionally, joining a group will give you a stat bonus, depending on the type of group you join. If you are part of a group of four, the maximum is +3. Different groups provide different stat types, including:
Casual Team: Gives you Intelligence bonus for extra XP. Roleplaying Team: Provides you with additional Charisma for better selling prices and dialogue options. Exploration Team: Provides you with additional Endurance for more hit points.Any other groups, such as Daily Ops Team, are for multiplayer events, so don’t join them yet. They are designed for higher-level players and group play.
Becoming a group member does not require you to do anything with any other players. You can simply join a group and run your business like a single-player game, but get some free stat points. So why not?
Find Free WaypointsAs we all know, you can fast travel to any location you’ve unlocked by paying a certain amount of Bottle Caps. Traveling to locations on the other side of the map can be expensive, though, and early caps can be scarce. But there are some locations that you can quickly travel to for free, no matter where you start from.
The first is your camp. You can always get to the campsite for free. This applies not only to your main camp, but to any inactive camps you may have. Not only that, but you can travel to any camps belonging to your teammates for free.
Besides camp, there are also some fixed locations that can be quickly traveled to for free, and Vault 76 at the beginning of the game is one of them. It allows you to travel to the forested area on the west side of the map. Rusty Pick will take you to Ash Heap to the south. Whitespring Resort and Foundation will give you access to the southern part of the map at any time.
You can use these locations as waypoints to make your fast travel even cheaper. It’s important to note that the faction headquarters requires you to be friendly with the faction, otherwise you may be attacked when you arrive.
Farm Bottle CapsSpeaking of caps, early caps can be hard to come by. You can get it by looting locations and selling weapons and junk. But you can actually farm caps with minimal effort, it’s just farming crops.
Once you plant a crop, it will provide you with regular harvests. You don’t need to water them or take care of them in any way, and they will continue to give you regular harvests as long as enemies don’t shoot them.
If you also equip Green Thumb perk before harvesting, your harvest will be doubled. You can use these crops to make soups and teas to feed yourself. Alternatively, you can sell raw vegetables to NPC vendors in exchange for caps.
It’s not the most profitable way to make money, but it is an easy, reliable source of money that requires minor work. Basically, once you decide on a location for your camp, you should plant some crops.
Pick Damage Buffing PerksWhat’s special about Fallout 76 is the use of level scaling on enemies. So as you level up, your enemies will also level up. This means they will be harder to kill as you play.
But as you explore, you’ll find missions that give you unique weapons to help you cope. But just as important as having an excellent weapon is using damage bonuses to enhance those weapons.
Typically, you have three levels of damage buffing perks: Basic, Expert, and Master. Each can be upgraded to three tiers, and if you upgrade them all, you’ll spend 9 perk points to gain an additional 60% damage.
Even gaining one level of each perk will give you 30% extra damage while only costing 3 perk points. That 30% extra damage is considerable, especially for some weapons that can deal a lot of damage.
Methods To Remove RadiationEarly radiation will be painful because you won’t have enough RadAway to throw around. On top of that, any food you eat and any water you collect will give you radiation. So as you play, radiation stacks up easily.
But there is a trick to eliminate radiation in the early game, which is to drink Brahmin Milk. Every glass of milk you drink eliminates 25 radiation.
The best place to find Brahmin Milk is in Flatwoods. There should be about 5 or 6 Brahmin between the building and the creek on the west side of town. Not every Brahmin will offer milk, but you should get at least 3 or 4 every time you come over. This is also the easiest way to reduce radiation early in the game.
Later, as you explore, you’ll find enough RadAways, especially since you can also use Pharmacist perk to maximize the effects of RadAways. But remember early on that you can drink Brahmin Milk as a cheap and effective way to get rid of radiation.
Stats And Perk Cards Are RandomNote that early on, your stats and perk cards are randomized, and it’s easy to look like making the wrong choice has permanent consequences. But that’s not actually the case.
You can change the applied perk cards at any time, the only limit is which cards you can use. Once you reach level 25, you can freely change your special stats using punch cards at the train station or your camp.
After level 50, each upgrade lets you choose a card. You can still open perk packs every 5 levels, but in addition, you can choose your perks as you level up.
So if you don’t get good cards from the pack, or you think you made a mistake in your build, don’t worry, nothing lasts forever. The game doesn’t lock you into a certain build in any way. Once you reach level 50, you can customize your build to suit your needs.
Those are some tips you need to know when entering Fallout 76. By following this guide, you will have a better gaming experience effortlessly. Have a nice day.

Elden Ring Apr 25, 2024Follow These 5 Runes Farming Strategies To Become Richer In Elden Ring! - 2024 Recommended Guide
In this guide, we’ll cover 5 rune farming tips in Elden Ring. These tips can help beginners master the basics of rune farming and make them more familiar with the rune farming methods of the land.
Since there isn’t a rune farming tutorial in the game, hopefully, this will give you an idea of some simple rune farming strategies to get you started by giving you some handy information to help you farm runes more easily. This way, your character will quickly become powerful and ready for Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, which launches on June 21st this year.
PrefaceI want to preface this section by saying that some players consider rune farming or exploiting glitches or exploits to get runes quickly to be cheating, and you shouldn’t do it.
However, I think anyone who plays the game has the right to decide how they enjoy it. This includes rune farming strategies, using exploits in the game, and even purchasing $1 from third-party sellers. No one has the right to tell you how to have fun.
Farming Gatefront RuinsOne of the easiest places to farm runes in Elden Ring is Gatefront Ruins. Gatefront Ruins is located in Limgrave, just north of Church of Elleh. It’s filled with relatively easy-to-kill enemies, and with a little more strategy and caution, you can make a tidy profit here.
I’ll show you the route I took on the outside to get you the most bang for your buck. While I’m at it, I’d like to point out that there are a few things to pick up here, the first of which is Limgrave West Map. You can find it in a large stone steel in the center of Gatefront Ruins, which is guarded by several Godrick Soldiers.
Another item you can pick up is Whetstone Knife, which allows you to equip and change Ash of War on your weapon. It’s in a chest south of Ruins. You can also get Ash of War Storm Stomp from here.
You can also pick up two weapons, Lordsworn’s Greatsword and Flail. However, you can find other options from the enemies there.
The primary goal here is to kill as many enemies as quickly as possible and then reset them by resting at Sites of Grace. As long as you want to get ahead on some of your attributes, you can do that as often as you want.
I will mention that before thinking about increasing damage stats like Strength or Dexterity, I always recommend increasing your Vigor stat to 20 or 25 for increased survivability.
Kill Silver SphereAnother decent rune farming area is located in Caelid. To get there, you’ll need torrents, and you’ll need to start at Sites of Grace, just north of Agheel Lake. You then need to head south across the bridge and then northeast to Mistwood Outskirts Sites of Grace.
You can open the map and view Glintstone on the map. You can pick up the map if you want, but be aware that there are 3 giant Runebears nearby, and they may kill you if provoked.
You can also go around them, pick up the map, and go east to Third Church of Marika. Activate Sites of Grace, grab Flask of Wondrous Physick, Sacred Tear, and Crimson Crystal Tear, go through the hole in the wall on the northwest side of the church, and head to the back of the church.
You will then be transported to a distant place in Caelid, known as Bestial Sanctum. Be careful to avoid the huge Black Blade Kindred Creature here and continue heading south. Next, cross the bridge to Lenne’s Rise and capture Sites of Grace.
Our major goal is to farm the enemy here, Silver Sphere. There are two spawning sites just west of Lenne’s Rise, one close to it and the other a little further on the road to the west.
Each Silver Sphere will grant you 1,952 runes. You then continue to Sites of Grace and rest to reset enemies and rinse and repeat.
Farming Dragon GreyollThe third rune farming strategy I want to talk about is Dragon. This strategy is suitable for novice to intermediate players.
First, you need a weapon that causes blood loss. The most accessible and available to any class without stat investment is Morning Star. It can be found in a chest inside a broken carriage a little south of Limgrave.
Next, you’ll reach Lenne’s Rise using the strategy I mentioned above. Then head to the back of Lenne’s Rise via torrent. Go to Spiritspring and collect Golden Runes near the coffin.
Then head southwest down the hill and directly south to Fort Faroth to activate Sites of Grace. The target you want to kill is a dragon named Greyoll. If you get in the right spot, not only will nothing attack you, but you’ll also be able to kill the dragon.
If you are a Scholar or a class with a Strength below 12, you will need to use Morning Star with two hands. Get on the torrent and run towards the dragon, attack with Morning Star to trigger the blood and repeat until there is only a little health left.
Next, this is where you make your decision. Either you can kill the dragon and get about 50,000 runes in one go. Or you can use a glitch to farm the dragon repeatedly, essentially giving you infinite runes.
If you want to exploit this, get on Torrent while it has a little health left, but aim Torrent next to Greyoll so you can still hit her. If you do it correctly, you’ll gain 50,000 runes, and Greyoll will still be alive. If you do it wrong, then she disappears. You get the rune, and you get 5 Dragon Hearts.
Albunaurics & BirdThe fourth rune farming strategy I want to talk about is Albunaurics and Birds. This rune farming strategy is suitable for intermediate to advanced players.
Albunaurics and Bird I’m talking about are both located in Mohgwyn Palace. The nearest Sites of Grace is Palace Approach Ledge Road. You need to either reach Consecrated Snowfield or complete Varre questline to reach Mohgwyn Palace.
Next choose Albunaurics or Bird. If you choose Albunaurics on the slopes, then you can attack them all at once or in large groups using your maximum range weapons or magic. Sacred Relic Sword excels in this regard. On your first playthrough, you can get around 70,00 runes per run, or 150,000 runes if you use Gold-Pickled Fowl Foot.
If you choose Bird, face the edge of the cliff, equip a bow, switch to first-person mode and shoot him to attract him and lure him off the cliff. On your first playthrough, you’ll get around 11,000 runes per run, or 26,896 runes if you use Gold-Pickled Fowl Foot. This is also by far the most efficient and fastest way to farm runes in Elden Ring.
Collect Golden RunesWhich brings me to the last strategy for farming runes, which is collecting Golden Runes. This strategy is suitable for beginners to experienced players. It depends on which Golden Runes you get from which coffins.
Golden Runes can be found in several locations across the land, but the most important way to find them is to look for cemeteries with coffins or sarcophagi inside. Every place with these will have Golden Runes, so keep your eyes open when exploring. There are quite a few of them, and the best part is that you can collect them as you go through torrents.
That’s it for today’s guide. I hope these tips help you farm as many runes as possible to get your character ready for the expansion coming in June!

Diablo 4 May 21, 2024Rapid Fire Rogue Enhanced By The Scoundrel's Kiss Is Unstoppable In Diablo 4 Season 4
Hi, players! Prepare for an exciting new Rogue in the upcoming Season 4 of Diablo 4. Despite it still with the Rapid Fire, it incorporates a unique ring that completely alters its effects, thanks to the addition known as the Scoundrel's Kiss. This brings about significant gameplay differences.
However, when facing bosses, we need the Scoundrel's Kiss unique ring. With a sufficient amount of $1, you can seamlessly utilize this build and enjoy a fantastic gaming experience.
Scoundrel's Kiss ExplainedThe Scoundrel's Kiss offers several benefits: increased critical strike chance, additional ranks to Rapid Fire, and cooldown reduction for imbuement. However, running this unique ring may slow down the game, as it is most beneficial during boss fights. The Rapid Fire shoots exploding arrows that deal with exponentially increased damage, enhancing its effectiveness, especially in terms of AOE damage.
However, when facing bosses, a critical adjustment is needed: achieving a point-blank range. This necessity gave rise to the exploding shotgun build. The altered mechanics mean that the arrows tend to arc towards targets. Consequently, failing to position within the designated area leads to complete misses, resulting in diminished DPS. This is why it's dubbed the Scoundrel's Kiss.
Skills SetupSo as far as the skills, we choose the Puncture, so that's just going to deal with the ability to apply vulnerability to the target if our Exploit Glyph wears off. Most of the time, you can kill everything in Diablo 4 within a few seconds. Then we are running the Dark Shroud. This is going to give you extra survivability and give you extra crit or movement speed.
And then we are running Dash. This is going to proc our Cutthroat because we are going to be going back to Close Quarters like in Season 2 because it's just as much better. The Shadow Step also activates our Cutthroat skill for our Close Quarters. In terms of basic skills, if you really want to run Cutthroat, that's totally fine too.
The Caltrops skill is kind of optional. It just allows us to get a quick little damage multiplier onto the enemies, and then it will also apply the Chill effect because we're going to be in melee range. It can be used most of the time if you want to maximize DPS.
If you prefer to run the Precision, that's perfectly acceptable. Your next skill activation occurs after either critting twice or reaching the required stacks, which means it's not always active. So, if your critical hit chance is around 20%, then opting for crit damage would be more beneficial in this scenario.
Gear & AspectsWhen it comes to gear, both the Disobedience and Juggernauts are important aspects. However, for lower tier content, running just one of them will suffice. However, in order to reach the new monster level cap, you need to run both, or have high armor.
For the Tempering, you can get a chance for Rapid Fire to double or you get damage to Crowd Control, which is easy to just throw on all of your pieces of gear, and it's going to give you way more value than getting your Precision. As far as the crit goes, you can actually get 100% crit in this Rogue build. So you may want to get crit in your gloves, your amulet, as well as in your rings.
In terms of gloves, we're only using the Aspect of Arrow Storms. Not only are these great for open world content, but they can also do a significant amount of damage in other scenarios. And then we're running the Umbrous Aspect. This will give us free dark shrouds when we crit with our Marksman skills.
Then we're also running the Mangler's Aspect. This will apply a daze to the enemies, and while the enemy is actually dazed, they can get knocked down, and then that's going to give us additional crit. That's something that actually got buffed in Season 3. And then we are also running the Repeating Aspect, so more of these Rapid Fire explosions for our shotgun.
And then as far as the other aspects, we're running the Edgemaster's Aspect in our amulet, just gives us some more damage. We also have the Inner Sight, which got buffed. And then we are running the Accelerating Aspect for some more attack speed.
Paragon BoardFinally, as for the paragon board of this build, it's actually very similar to the Flurry Rapid Fire, except we don't scale the Stun Grenades. So, on the starter board, we are going to be getting Ranger, and then we are going to be going up to get Exploit Weakness and Control, and then we're going to be getting the Turf glyph.
And then Tricks of the Trade with Combat, that will give us extra resource. Then, we will have the Cheap Shot, which is physical damage, increases the damage an enemy takes from you. It doesn't change the element, so if you got bonus damage to non-fist, then you could still throw in imbuement if you want to.
In fact, you could throw on poison and get the additional poison imbuement. The reason is that these new Pit bosses, when you start going higher in the tier. So you need to one-shot him before the boss one-shots you.

Path of Exile Apr 18, 2024How About This Energy Shield Stacking Molten Strike Trickster Build With Ephemeral Edge In POE 3.24?
Greetings fellow exiles! I’m finally back in Necropolis League with my super tank build. This is one of the most powerful builds in the game and can clear new Tier 17 maps and Uber Bosses with ease. This is Ephemeral Edge Molten Strike Trickster!
In this guide, we’ll focus on the gameplay of this build and how to obtain and upgrade the gear it requires. Let’s get straight to it.
Mechanic ExplainedOur skill of choice is Molten Strike. When you hit an enemy, it will spray Rolling Magma, and if you slow down the projectiles, all Magma Orbs can hit the same target.
We scale the projectile count to 5 and start scaling the energy shield. For this reason, we will use Ephemeral Edge with Resolute Technique corruptions. The easiest way to get this is to spend $1 to buy non-corrupted ones, then vaal yourself or double corrupt your weapon until you hit this.
Note that it’s not worth the price tag of 10 Divine Orbs or more, as players demand it a lot. It saves money to do it yourself.
Since our main damage type is lightning, we can use Voice of the Storm unique Amulet to get even more damage in this build.
Lightning Damage with Non-Critical Strikes is Lucky, which means that every time we deal damage to an enemy, the game rolls twice and chooses the higher number. This is very useful when your damage range is very high, especially since the damage range of our lightning build is very large compared to other builds.
Precise TechniqueBecause of Voice of the Storm Amulet, we can’t scale critical hits, so we can use a very interesting Keystone Passive, Precise Technique. If Accuracy Rating is higher than Maximum Life, attack damage is increased by 40% in exchange for us being unable to deal with critical hits. Because we use Chaos Inoculation, our max life is 1, and this Keystone will take effect with zero effort.
Scale Damage By DefenseI really like this build because we can scale damage with layers of defense. Where does the nearly 13k energy shield come from? Let’s start with the biggest source.
Because we selected Trickster, we have access to Escape Artist Ascendancy node. Equipped body armor has +1 maximum energy shield for every 6 Evasion Rating. We need to use a hybrid body armor base to benefit more from it.
In addition, we also need very high evasion and energy shield roll on the body armor. On this build I rolled 2.2k evasion and 490 energy shield. It’s worth noting that this chest armor alone gives us almost 5k of energy shield.
We also stacked Intelligence for more energy shields, reaching over 1.1k, which is pretty impressive.
CurseWe can use 3 curses in this build because using my favorite Anathema unique Ring, our curse limit is equal to our maximum energy cost. Each character can have 3 charges, so our curse limit is 3.
All 3 curses I use include Elemental Weakness, Conductivity and Sniper’s Mark.
Many people are worried that this unique Ring will not work if there is no power charge in the build. But actually, according to the wording of the ring, you don’t need to generate them, so don’t worry about that.
Aspect Of The CrabAdditionally, Aspect of the Crab is also crucial in this build. This will give us Crab Barriers every half second, and each crab stack will reduce physical damage, so this aura alone will reduce physical damage by 20%. But please note that when we are attacked, we will lose all stack.
In Necropolis League, we get level 30 Aspect of the Crab, which adds two extra max stacks, so we’ll get 24% physical damage reduction. I know for some of you it may not be a vast difference, but it’s better than nothing.
To combat the disadvantages of this aura, we will use our very high intelligence to convert the evasion rating with an evasion and energy shield mastery. So we can free up an aura because we won’t be using Grace.
New TechNext, I wanted to do something new with this build. As you can see, we use 4 flasks so that we can easily sustain ourselves even during boss fights.
We achieve this via Traitor Keystone, which will provide 4 flask charges every 5 seconds per empty flask slot. Additionally, I’m using Searing Exarch implicit modifiers to generate 1 flask charge every 3 seconds.
We get all the good Flask-related nodes on the passive tree and from now on we have 100% uptime. This is very cool. Because this way we can solve resistance problems and get more damage in the build.
Our key recovery comes from an energy shield leech. Doing this alone isn’t very good, as you’ll stop leeching when you reach full energy shield. But since we chose Trickster as Ascendancy, we can access an interesting node, Soul Drinker.
This allows us to leech the energy shield without the leech effect being eliminated if our energy shield is maxed out. This means that if we can hit the target, we can stay stationary on almost anything.
Elemental Ailment ImmunityFor Tier 17 and Uber endgame you need Elemental Ailment Immunity, so we use Ancestral Vision. Additionally, Modifiers to Chance to Suppress Spell Damage also apply to Chance to Avoid Elemental Ailments, for half its value. We also get the remaining avoid% from boots.
ItemsNext, let’s move on to the gear you’ll need for this build.
For weapons, we chose Ephemeral Edge. First and most important, attacks with this weapon increase the maximum lightning damage by 20% of the maximum energy shield, while also giving us a large amount of energy shield.
Then there’s Voice of the Storm Amulet. Lightning Damage with Non-Critical Strikes is Lucky. We are also anointing on this Arcane Focus.
The most important thing is Anathema unique Ring. With this ring we can use 3 curses in our build. It also gives us intelligence and a bit of energy shield.
I made most of the other rare items in this build myself, so it’s hard to estimate the cost, but it’s not expensive at all. But in short, you need to quality up all the items around 28% if possible, and get bases with fractured intelligence tier 1 mod.
Flask SetupFlasks are a very important part of this build, so if you make a mistake here, you’ll end up with worse results than you’ve seen before.
I use Bismuth Flask with increased effect and additional elemental resistance. You can get higher reduction duration when you craft this flask, but be sure to check the uptime of PoB flask as it requires 100% uptime.
Next up is Ruby Flask with reduced charge and crafted to avoid being stunned.
Our damage flask is Silver Flask, which will give us Onslaught. Now I’m using the increased effect on this one, but if you only want to use this build for bossing, then you’ll need the flask charge recovery rate for better uptime.
Finally, don’t forget to use the Taste of Hate unique flask, which will give us a huge damage reduction in physical attacks.
Passive TreeFinally, I just want to highlight a few things required for this Molten Strike Trickster build in the passive tree.
Through Necropolis League, we got a new unique jewel, which is Perandus Pact. We get 45% energy shield from this jewel.
The most important thing is the flask effect duration. We need 4 so that our flask can have 100% uptime. All that’s left is spell suppression, which I know can be expensive, but is worth the investment.
Since we have Trickster as Ascendancy, Polymath will give us more damage with each mastery allocated.
The most important node is Escape Artist, which is our main defense layer.
Next is Soul Drinker node. This will give us Energy Shield Over-leech, where we can leech from the damage we deal.
The last node is Spellbreaker. This will help us cap our suppression. If we’re in full energy shield mode, we’ll take less damage from spell damage.
Anyway, that’s the end of this guide. I hope you enjoyed this build of Energy Shield stacking Trickster. Good luck!

Join me today as we explore the world of Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, discovering the 5 Arcane builds that will bring excitement and dominance to the Lands Between. This guide has something to offer for both experienced Sorcerers and those new to the Arcane. From devastating spell combinations to awe-inspiring magical weapons, these build will strike fear into your enemies.
Ripple Crescent Halberd BuildThe first build features the $1, a rare drop obtainable from the Albinaurics in Liurnia of the Lakes. It boasts S Tier scaling in Arcane, making it unique. What's remarkable about this weapon is its versatility in applying various status effects with any grease, thanks to its high arcane scaling. Even without grease, it deals with substantial physical damage.
For the build, the Rippled Crescent Halberd is the centerpiece. Additional components include the Dragon Communication Seal for buffs, granting an extra 35% physical damage and 15% damage negation from the Flame, Grant Me Strength, and Golden Vow.
The Spear Talisman and Rotten Wing Sword Insignia are essential, with flexibility in slot number 3. The recommended options are the Ritual Shield Talisman or the Shard of Alexander for maximizing Spinning Slash. To complement the build, the Flask of Wondrous Physick should include the Thorny Cracked Tear and the Greenburst Crystal Tear for successive attacks and additional stamina.
Reduvia Dagger BuildThe next is an Arcane build utilizes dual daggers, focusing on the Reduvia weapon alongside the Occult Great Knife to leverage additional blood loss effects. This setup helps alleviate the need for constant spamming of the Ashes of War ability.
This build excels at swiftly dispatching bosses, even those immune to bleeding, because of its high attack speed and respectable physical damage output. Talismans are incorporated to enhance the proc attack power of Ashes of War and provide damage mitigation.
Here’s a breakdown of the essential gear: Reduvia and Occult Great Knife, Dragon Communion Seal, synergize well with Arcane and the White Mask. Then we also need Rotten Winged Sword Insignia, Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman or Green Turtle Talisman for extra stamina, Lord of Blood’s Exultation and Shard of Alexander.
For flask, opt for Thorny Cracked Tear and Greenburst Crystal Tear. Similar to the previous build, the utilization of Flame, Grant Me Strength, and Golden Vow buffs enhances physical damage output.
Poison BuildThe next build focuses on utilizing one of the most underrated status effects to swiftly damage your enemies. This build centers on the use of Ashes of War and Poison Moth Flight. By triggering boosts from the Mushroom Crown and Rose’s Kindred, you can achieve a substantial damage increase with the 2 weapons utilized in this setup.
Here's a breakdown of the essential gear: Poison Uchigatana, Coil Shield (for fast Poison procs), Serpentbone Blade (for additional Poison buildup) and Dragon Communion Seal. Mushroom Crown (provides a damage boost when Poison is active), then we need Rotten Winged Sword Insignia, Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman, Kindred of Rot’s Exultation and Shard of Alexander.
For flask usage, opt for Thorny Cracked Tear and Greenburst Crystal Tear. Buffs such as Flame, Grant Me Strength, and Golden Vow enhance physical damage output and complement the build's on poisoning enemies for maximum effectiveness.
Varre's Bouquet BuildThe next build centers on Varre's Bouquet, a weapon that can cause significant bleeding if your enemy is susceptible to it. However, adding Frost Grease may be advisable for an extra 20% damage boost when triggering Frost buildup alongside blood loss. You have the flexibility to use any grease on this weapon to build up status effects like Blood and Frost.
For this build, you'll need Varre's Bouquet, along with the Dragon Communion Seal for Flame, Grant Me Strength and Golden Vow. The White Mask provides a boost to bleed proc attack power, while the Lord of Blood’s Exultation, Axe Talisman, Dagger Talisman, and Shard of Alexander complement the build.
To complement the build's with heavy charged R2 attacks, use the Stonebarb Cracked Tear and Thorny Cracked Tear flasks to break your opponent's stance and execute critical strikes effectively.
Regalia Of Eochaid BuildThe final build we have features the Regalia Of Eochaid. It's an Arcane build that relies purely on Dexterity and Arcane, with the weapon scaling equally in both attributes, although it leans slightly more towards the Arcane side. While we primarily focus on the Ashes of War, if you have 2 Regalias or another straight sword, the Dual Straight Sword move set can also be incredibly effective.
The Ashes of War can offer flexibility in combat strategies. Knowing when to fully charge it for maximum damage or to opt for quick bursts of damage is crucial. A fully charged Ashes of War can devastate bosses. Using the Dragon Claw to slam enemies to the ground allows for charging up the Eochaid's Dancing Blade to unleash unparalleled damage upon their recovery.
For this build, you'll need the Regalia Of Eochaid, the Dragon Communion Seal, and suitable armor providing over 51 Poise to withstand hits while charging the Ashes of War. Additional gear includes the Shard of Alexander, Dragon Crest Great Shield Talisman, the Godfrey Icon, and the Rotten Wing Sword Insignia.
For the Flask of Wondrous Physick, utilize the Stonebarb Cracked Tear and the Dexterity-knot Crystal Tear to complement the weapon's dexterity scaling. Buffs include Flame, Grant Me Strength, Golden Vow, and any Dragon Communion Incantations of your choice, with Dragonmaw being a personal preference.
