How’s it going, fellow players? Here I am with some pro tips to help you improve your game instantly and win more games in College Football 25.
I will break down the best College Football tips and tricks so that you can use the best strategies to dominate and beat your opponents. From explosive offensive plays to tight defenses, these tips will take your gameplay to the next level! Let’s get started!
For this first tip, we will cover how to use Zone Drops. This tip is useful when you want to defend a Corner route or Crossing routes through the middle of the field to make Zone Drops.
Go to Coaching Adjustments in the play calling menu by pressing the right stick and scroll down until you see Zone Drops. This adjustment allows you to change the depth at which flat curl flats or hooks will drop back.
So if you drop your flats at 25 yards, the light blue flat zones will drop back to the 25 yard depth on the kickoff. If you leave Zone Drops at the default settings, the zone will follow the normal zone assignments since we are not assigning them to any specific Zone Drop.
Now I will show you how to use Zone Drops to defend the best Corner route in the game. One of the most effective ways to stop Corner route is to use a defense called Double Mable. Don’t forget to invest more NCAA 25 Coins in your running backs if you want to get better at this play!
Double Mable is a defense that locks down the sidelines. On either side of the field you have one flat guarding the short flat area, another flat guarding the deep sidelines using the zone drop adjustment, the user guarding the middle of the field, and two deep safeties helping out.
To create a Double Mable defense, go to Coaching Adjustments and place your curl flats at 30 yards, leaving the rest of the zones at the default settings. 25 to 30 yard zone drop curl flats are great for defending deep Corner routes. 20 yard curl flats are great for defending short Corner routes.
With Zone Drops set, select a Cover 2 Zone Defense in the game, use the linebacker with a midfield read, and press Y or Triangle and the right stick push down to change your Cloud Flat to a Hard Flat. Then have both hook curl defenders use curl flats.
Now, if the opponent tries to attack the sideline with a popular route concept, you will see that the flat zone will occupy the flat. The deep half will defend the streak, and the 30 yard curl flat will run with Corner route and completely lock it down.
Double Mable also works well against deep Crossing routes. In this play, the offense has the streak and flat on one side, and then the deep crosser and a dig on the other side.
When using Double Mable, you will see that as the user, if you are defending the crosser in the middle of the field, the curl flat will defend the deep crosser once the deep crosser gets close enough to the sideline. So this is a great way to bait the opponent into intercepting.

For the second tip, we will cover Custom Route Stems and how it can make your offense unstoppable.
Custom Route Stems allow you to adjust the length of specific routes like corners, post ins, outs, and more. You do this by pressing Y or Triangle, then pressing the receiver icon you want to adjust, and finally holding LB or L1 and moving the left stick up or down depending on how long or short you want your route to be.
Using this mechanic correctly can help you beat man coverage and zone coverage more easily. For example, against a zone coverage like Cover 3, notice the route combination behind, with the tight end in the corner and the running back on the flat.
If we run this play with the tight end corner breaking around 10 to 12 yards, you’ll see that deep third will defend the corner because the depth of the route allows the deep zone to defend the receiver.
But with this method, we can take the exact same concept, only this time we customize Corner route to break around 3 to 5 yards. You’ll see that there’s a vast window to throw the ball under the deep zone because we customized the corner route to not give the deep zone a chance to defend it.
You can also use Custom Route to beat man coverage. Typically, some routes that beat man coverage are slant drags, which are even well done in this year’s routes. Likewise, post and corners are also very good man beating routes, especially when you customize routes to intercept them all the way down.
When the ball is snapped, you’ll see that the receiver’s quick cut will help them get a lot of separation, allowing for an easy throw. You’ll see that the custom route stemmed post will do almost the same thing, just to the middle of the field.
Third is how to use the best Juke Moves in College Football 25.
The best Juke is Spin Move, which allows you to make your opponent fumble and change direction at a rapid pace. Hold down the right trigger and press B or Circle to spin. You’ll notice that when spinning without holding down the right trigger, Spin Move will not make any progress and will not be as fast, so you won’t be able to make anyone fumble. So always hold down the right trigger when doing a Juke.
The second best Juke is Basic Juke, which is where the player side shuffles left or right. To do this, hold down the right trigger like we did for Spin Move, then flick the right stick left to do a left Juke or right to do a right Juke.
One of the best ways to use these Juke Moves to make your opponent miss is to make sure you are running at an angle towards the left or right corner of the end zone. For example, in this play I was running towards the left corner of the end zone and when I saw the defender coming straight over to make the tackle, I gave myself a great angle to make the defender miss while continuing to run up the field after Juke.
This strategy can make it easier to disengage from an opponent’s tackle than running straight into the defender.
For the fourth, we will discuss how to slow down a scrambling quarterback.
In the current game, QB contains the position where you can double tap RB or R1 to have your D-Ends keep QB in the pocket which doesn’t work, so one of the best ways to slow down a quarterback scramble is to have QB watch your linebacker or defensive lineman.
Since QB spies will mirror wherever the quarterback goes, you can absolutely put your linebackers on QB spies. Double-tap the right side on D-Pad and select the linebacker you want to put on QB spies, then flick the right stick to the left. If you want D-ends to deal with QB spies, double-tap the left side of D pad. Select D-end you want to adjust, then flick the right stick to the left to adjust QB spies.
Here’s a pro tip: if you want to send out QB spies to pounce on QB, you can press the right stick, which will send out the nearest QB spies to pounce on QB.
The fifth point is Pocket Presence. Many people tend to exit the pocket as soon as the ball is snapped. What many don’t know is that taking a few steps back will cause D-ends to come off quicker because you are giving them an easy angle to sack you. Not only will this reduce the time you have to throw the ball, but it will also take longer for the ball to get into the receiver’s hands.
When you do this, the ball is thrown because you are far from the line of scrimmage, and the longer the ball is in the air, the more time the defense has to react and make a move on the ball. So instead of taking a few steps back on the snap, try to stay in the pocket and practice moving up.
This will help your O-line block better and longer, and allow your deep routes to develop so you can throw lasers down the field while not letting the defense make a move on the ball.
In conclusion, if you are looking for an offensive scheme to start dominating and winning championships, don’t miss this guide. See you next time!
There is a very useful Katana in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree called Star-Lined Sword, and it is also the perfect weapon for you to build around Dexterity attribute. If you put a small amount of Intelligence into it, you will benefit a lot.
If you already have this sword, but can’t think of a build around it. But don’t worry, its high dex scaling, fast Katana moveset, and unique Ash of War will make it very easy to choose the best build for it.
This guide will detail all aspects of how to choose the best build around Star-Lined Sword, and what problems you will encounter when choosing it and how to solve them.
Star-Lined Sword is a Katana that can cause both magical damage and bleed accumulation. And because it has a powerful Ash of War - Onze’s Line of Stars, its most important attribute is Dexterity, followed by Strength and Intelligence.
Its Ash of War, Onze’s Line of Stars, deserves a special mention. When you activate it, this Star-Lined Sword will perform two wide-area attacks in front of you to protect you. Don’t get too excited, it can be activated twice! Each attack will deal more damage, until the last attack, which will teleport you into the air and swing overhead at the enemy.
In PVP, Onze’s Line of Stars is not the best combination of Tarnished in the game. But its wide arc and massive hitbox will make many enemy players feel helpless when they are caught in it. Plus, you can control the timing of the second set of swings yourself, so you can shorten the time between the two swings to make them more panicked and you can complete PVP more easily.
Even such a powerful sword still has its own shortcomings. In Katanas, its attack range is relatively short, and its low strength scaling makes it less competitive than other two-hand weapons.
In addition, although Onze’s Line of Stars has so many advantages, it should be noted that you need to wait a long time to complete the combo. If you are fighting against humanoid enemies, it is enough; but if you are facing some very powerful bosses, they will not give you the opportunity to wait at all.
Usually, you can only use the first two activation opportunities of Onze’s Line of Stars, and rarely use the last two activations unless you can get a very long damage gap by dodging. All these advantages and disadvantages show that Star-Lined Sword is more suitable for one-handed use. In this way, you can add another weapon to the battle to make up for all the weaknesses of Star-Lined Sword. So which one should you choose?
When you use a one-handed weapon, you can never go wrong with a shield to protect you. So when you use Star-Lined Sword, you can choose a shield like Brass Shield or Wolf Crest Shield, which can resist 100% physical damage and even increase your defense value.
If you have already increased the intelligence stat of Star-Lined Sword to the maximum value, then you can put the staff on the main hand first, and then put Scholar’s Shield to enhance the effectiveness of the shield, and then switch back to Star-Lined Sword.
In fact, all staffs can work perfectly with Star-Lined Sword. Because when you use Star-Lined Sword, the main build is based on Dexterity. So you just need to use the staff to add a little icing on the cake in terms of long-range attacks and practicality.
You can choose Carian Regal Scepter and Carian Glintstone Staff because they both perform very well in intelligence scaling. If you want to use blade sorceries like Carian Piercer, you can try Carian Glintstone Staff.
If your Intelligence attribute is only 40-50, you might want to try Carian Sorcery Sword. It’s a sword, and you most likely won’t use it, but it’s definitely better than some staffs in terms of intelligence scaling, so give it a try!
However, it should be noted that these staves will increase the FP cost of your spells, so you must make sure that you have invested enough in the Mind attribute before using them, so that you can cast spells with confidence and use Ash of War of Star-Lined Sword to deal a lot of damage.
If you still feel that it is better to use two weapons in each hand, then you can choose another Katana and use it with Star-Lined Sword. This will allow you to use some more powerful moves, shorten the attack range and deal with multiple attacks. Because of some fixed attribute data, you can choose Moonveil and Sword of Night Katanas.
Moonveil’s Intelligence and Dexterity attributes work very well together, and you can also rely on the very surprising Ash of War when using it. Compared with Sword of Night Katanas, Moonveil can cause more bleeding and magic damage.
This means that if you want to increase your magic gain, then Moonveil is your best choice. With two powerful Ash of War, Onze’s Line of Stars and Transient Moonlight, you can kill most enemies at any distance and easily get some Elden Ring Runes.
If you are facing enemies with their own shields, you can choose Sword of Night Katanas. Or in PVP, you can use Sword of Night Katanas alone, so that you can burst some unexpected damage.
Vitality is always important in Shadow of the Erdtree, because everything hits pretty hard and you are using short-range weapons. If you plan to PVP, you will want Vigor closer to 60 than 55 to avoid crazy attacks from other players.
Since you’ll be using your Ash of War quite often, you’ll want to get your Psychic attribute up to around 25 so you have enough FP to invest in buffs, a few spells, or your Ash of War. If you plan on using your Ash of War more sparingly, you can make a small Intelligence investment to get more value out of your Intelligence attribute and spell casting.
While Onze’s Line of Stars doesn’t require much FP, it certainly requires a lot of Stamina when used. Having 30 Stamina points will help you keep swinging this Katana without getting too tired.
Agility and Intelligence are the fundamental ways you increase your damage with this sword, with Agility giving you more of a damage buff than Intelligence does. At higher levels (over 150), it’s not a bad idea to reach the soft cap of 80 for Agility and Intelligence to get the most out of Star-Lined Sword’s expansion. But if you plan on staying around level 150, you’ll want to rely on Agility more to increase your attack power drastically.
That’s all for how to get the most out of Star-Lined Sword in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. If you have questions or ideas about builds, why not come to the community on Discord? You may also receive a pack of Elden Ring Runes from IGGM Discord. Check it out!
Sword of Night can be found at the end of Ymir questline and is the perfect choice for any defensive build that just wants to sit behind a Great Shield and stab you to death. It is a unique Katana in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
Sword of Night is a good Katana that can hit pretty hard with a fast attack speed, has real combos in its pocket, and can punish defensive builds with quite ease. If you are struggling with how to build this sword for the best results, read on.
A big part of what makes Sword of Night unique is that it has a solid set of moves and a special Ash of War called Witching Hour Slash. This attack can hit three times, charge up for more damage, and cannot be blocked by opponents. It also has true combo functionality, going from an uncharged Witching Hour to an uncharged heavy attack. So if you do a Witching Hour Slash and heavy attack combo, you can deal a ton of damage to your opponent, and if they’re using a low vitality build, it’ll kill them outright.
The strength of Witching Hour also presents a problem for this weapon. Witching Hour Slash animation is long and has no armor, so it’s easy for aggressive opponents to either hit each other or simply knock you out of this Ash of War. While the combo itself does a ton of damage, single hits or your basic heavy attacks don’t do much damage or balance damage.
But these weaknesses don’t stop Sword of Night from being a perfect choice for shielded enemies or players who are looking for a fun Katana and a fun Ash of War. Its strengths will also make it more useful in PvP than in PvE. For PvP, Witching Hour Slash’s multi-hit nature and Sword of Night’s heavy attack make it very useful when picking up the ball. Witching Hour Slash can’t be blocked, so it’s also a perfect weapon for countering opponents who rely too much on Great Shields or heavy evasion.
Since Sword of Night can be knocked out easily, it must rely on weapons to keep its balance. As long as you reach a balance of at least 76. You can wear almost any armor with this weapon, which is the ideal breakpoint to keep you protected from most light attacks. If you want to protect against almost all light weapon attacks and most medium weapon attacks, you will need to build a balance of 98 to 125. If you haven’t found your favorite armor yet, you may be interested in IGGM discord group. There will be product giveaways from time to time, including armor, weapons, and various Elden Ring Items, so remember to be active in the discord group!
Pairing it with another weapon can help alleviate the disadvantage of Sword of Night’s lower damage. Having a weapon with a long range but slow swing speed, such as colossal weapons, Great Spears, or Great Katana, can complement Sword of Night well. Because the long-range weapon makes up for sword’s weak range, but Sword of Night’s fast swing speed can cover short distances.
In addition, you can choose to pair Sword of Night with another samurai sword to increase the damage caused. You can wield two Katanas and still use Witching Hour Slash. While your range is still limited, the damage output at close range makes up for it.

Because it can only be expanded through Dexterity, and not its Ash of War or Infusion, you need to have a total Dex of 80 to get the most damage out of this weapon.
Also, having 40 or 45 Arcane points ensures that your Bleed activations deal more damage, allowing you to make the most of Bleed effect in PvE.
The best talismans with Sword of Night can help increase its low damage output or make it more survivable. Here are some amulet options to consider:
It increases Witching Hour Slash damage by 15%. Have a talisman that can enhance your Ash of War damage. Helping you take full advantage of your damage window when using Witching Hour Slash and punishing greedy shield users, this Talisman should be considered a consistent staple in Sword of Night.
Godfrey Icon adds 15% more damage to a fully charged Witching Hour Slash. This is better for PvE, where you are more likely to land a fully charged Witching Hour Slash on bosses and slower enemies. If used with enough poise and combined with Shard of Alexander, a fully charged Witching Hour Slash will give you an advantage when they try to hit you with your Ash of War.
Balance is an important attribute in Sword of Night for players who plan to use Ash of War often. Bull-goat’s Talisman can increase your Balance by 33%, making it a great fit for your build if you want to reach above 98 Balance without giving up Lightweight.
Sword of Night attacks quickly, and with three attacks in Witching Hour Slash, it’s pretty easy to keep both Talismans active to deal more damage. Equipping both Talismans at the same time allows you to maximize attack damage without relying on Ash of War, but some builds prefer spare Talisman slots over increased damage on multi-hit attacks.
If you plan on using Sword of Night with both hands, Two-Handed Sword Talisman increases its damage by 15%. Bringing its damage to a decent level, but not as good as having a better weapon on the other hand. If you prefer to use Sword of Night’s moveset completely, this Talisman is a must-have.
Sword of Night is a worthy choice. So pick up this blade and brave the world of Elden Ring!
When playing Fallout 76, managing stash weight is an important part of the game. While hoarding items is a good habit, stash space is limited and can quickly run out if not taken care of. For example, players can store 1200 lbs worth of stuff in their stash. While this sounds like a lot, it can fill up quickly. Read on to help you use stash space effectively in Fallout 76.
For some weapons or armor pieces that you won’t be using in the near future but you still want to keep, it’s best to remove all attached mods before storing them in your stash. This is because weapon and armor mods can increase the weight of an item. For example, a standard fixer weighs about 10 pounds. But if it has the stabilized stock mod attached, then its weight will increase by about 1 pound.
Although this will cost you some materials to rebuild the mods later, the saved stash weight is worth it. Especially if you have a lot of weapons or armor with heavyweight mods attached, you’ll end up losing quite a bit of space.
The best way to use your stash space efficiently is to sort all your items by weight, then turn in up to 500 scrips per day at Legendary Exchange Machine. This will keep you from getting bogged down in scrips.
For example, Fallout 76 items like missile launchers tend to be very heavy. If you sort your scrip items by weight, you can prioritize turning in all the heaviest items when dealing with legendary items, keeping items with light or no weight effects.
Misc section is the easiest for players to overlook during gameplay. Some items in Misc section also have weights, and there will be a few pounds of unnecessary items taking up space. For example, here are some miscellaneous items:
There are also some activity or quest items that players may inadvertently hoard during the game. Therefore, it is also necessary to check your miscellaneous section. You can sort the items by weight and remove any items you no longer need.
For players without Fallout 1st subscription, it is unwise to keep ammo that you no longer use. You may think that the weight of ammo is not large, but it will soon add up.
Selling unnecessary ammo can not only reduce the weight of your storage box, but also increase the amount of ammo you have. You can set prices according to the type of ammo. But be warned, try to price things reasonably, because items sold at your CAMP Vendors will still take up weight in your stash box.
For players without a Fallout 1st subscription, some junk items can be heavy, so storing all of them in your stash box is a hard task.
But if you break down junk items into their core components before transferring them to your stash box, and then transfer them directly to your stash box, you can reduce the weight of your junk items a lot.
Related: Fallout 76: You’ll Love These Rewards In Skyline Valley! - Decorations & Weapons
Many of the weight-reduction perks in Fallout 76 don’t work in a stash box. For example, 3rd rank ordinance Express can reduce the weight of the explosives you carry by 90%. But after transferring these items to a stash box, their weight returns to normal weight.
From Thru-Hiker to Bandolier, these perks can help players keep their weight in check while traveling in Appalachia. But they really don’t work in a stash box.
When you scrap items like wood and steel in CAMP, it doesn’t matter if you don’t have a scrap box. But when you scrap crops, the actual fruit or vegetables will be automatically stored in your stash.
Since food and vegetables spoil easily, you will end up with a lot of spoiled fruits and vegetables. Taking up a lot of unnecessary space, so be sure to empty the food and drink section of your stash after scrapping crops.
Most players may think that the weight of plans is light and don’t need to care. But after a period of accumulation, his weight will exceed your expectations. Once you learn a plan, you must do everything you can to sell them when they can be traded.
It is usually not a good idea to keep known plans in your stash. You should sell any known plans from your CAMP vendors to make some extra profit. For plans you are unsure of the value of, you can usually use websites to get a rough idea of its value.
Players familiar with Fallout 76 know that Power Armor pieces are pretty heavy items. The weight ranges from 10 pounds to 19 pounds. But Power Armor Chassis weighs only 10 pounds. It can hold a full set of Power Armor.
So if you have a lot of Armor pieces, you can try to load all the individual Power Armor pieces in your storage box onto a few Power Armor Chassis, which can really free up a lot of storage box space, and when you want to exchange them for scrip, just remove the parts from the chassis and scrap the chassis.
If your main character is overwhelmed by scrip items, junk, or any other tradable things, you can choose to create a Mule Characters.
Then ask a friend to help you keep the extra items that overwhelm your main character. After that, switch to a new character and ask your friend to give all the items you don’t need to this character. Since each account can have up to 5 different characters. So all your characters can store 6,000 pounds of storage weight.
If you don’t want to pay for a Fallout 1st subscription, you can take advantage of Bethesda’s free Fallout 1st trials. During the trial, you can put all your junk and ammunition into scrap boxes and ammunition storage boxes. Any items placed in the containers will remain there. You can take out the items at any time without a Fallout 1st membership.
This happens once or twice a year. Bethesda will give all players a week-long trial period to experience some benefits that come with the Fallout 1st subscription. You cannot place more items in these boxes after the trial is over.
In summary, effectively managing storage space in Fallout 76 requires strategic thinking and some skills. Players can maximize their storage capacity and keep the game process smooth. These methods can not only help players save precious storage space but also increase efficiency and fun in the game.
There are a lot of crazy things in Shadow of the Erdtree that can improve your general gameplay experience. There are these hanging cans in a lot of places around DLC that are hard to notice, and if you hit them with a ranged attack, they pop open and drop a Bell Bearing, and that’s just one example of a useful item. This guide will cover some of the exact same things.
There is a consumable version of Golden Vow Buff in Shadow of the Erdtree, this is more powerful than the version that takes up Ash of War slaughter, it’s slightly weaker than Incantation version, and while it doesn’t require 25 Faith to use at first, this item works better for a lot of builds than Golden Vow.
The other way around is that it requires a lot of level investment, and the only downside is, it’s not infinite. It’s a consumable item, and you need to dig a little for its materials if you want to make more.
It’s particularly useful for Colosseum PVP game mode. It returns your used items when you exit, since they use your items instead of consuming them, which is also a unique bonus.
As for how to get this, you can find a few, but you mainly want a cookbook, which allows you to get the crafting recipe for this, which can be found in the tent at Messmer Soldier Camp south of Shadow Keep.
Then we have a fun minor item, Festive Grease, which can be attached to a weapon and increase the effect. Its effect is that every time you hit an enemy with this, it gives you 25 Elden Ring Runes. Its main purpose is to increase the damage of the keep, and while it’s less than the new Golden Grease, it’s still a nice little bonus. It can also stack with things like Celebrant Weapons from the base game.
As for how to get it, this is again a cookbook type deal. This is in Fort of Reprimand in Shadow Realm from the grace. In the middle, turn this corner to find this little room. First appearing here, behind it, is a staircase. Here you will find a ladder, climb up the ladder and at the top you will find a chest with the recipe you are looking for.
Our next item is Greasemonger’s Bell Bearings. This is one of only a few Bell Bearings in DLC that allows you to exchange for unlimited roots instead of resin. This is one of the crafting materials required for every Weapon Grease in the game and can make farming grease a lot simpler.
To get this for yourself, you need to head to Church District Highroad Site Of Grace. Behind the turtle, you will see a hanging can. You can shoot it to drop it and then get this Bell Bearings for yourself.
Flesh is a consumable item that is a low power version of the extremely limited Dragonscale Flesh, but can be crafted repeatedly with the right recipe, which makes it a little easier to recommend using it, it increases your Vigor, your endurance, strength and dexterity.
You get quite a bit of value out of a single item, but at the cost of a relatively moderate amount of health per second, which makes it particularly well suited to quality type builds that can take advantage of both strength and dexterity.
But importantly, this only allows you to put about 24 upgrade points into different stats. It’s right at Jagged Peak Mountainside Site of Grace, in this corner of the cliff, then at the end on the path behind some Slimes, you’ll see this corpse, and the recipe is there.
Then there’s Herbalist’s Bell Bearing. This allows you to exchange for one item and only one item of fruit. The new basic fruit crafting material in DLC, this has a number of uses, the main one being Dragon Communion Flesh.
This is from another hanging pot, this one right here on your map which is on Pillar Path Waypoint site of Grace, between this and Dragon’s Pit Site of Grace, once you find that spot, shoot the pot down to get your reward, take it home, and then you can exchange for some fruit.
Finally, the last one is a particularly useful item, Hefty Freezing Pot, which is a massive explosion of Frostbite Buildup that you throw at enemies, it also does some damage when it lands, and is hard for enemies to dodge because of the size of the explosion.
If you want to craft them, you’ll need to get Greater Potentate’s Cookbook 11, this is in Bellat Jail, as you make your way through the dungeon you’ll eventually drop into a maze of jar-like rooms, then when you get to the last corner of this room guarded by the last enemy, the item will be on the floor underneath a corpse leaning against a jar.
These are all significant items that you may not be using yet, but I hope you’ll consider using after seeing this guide.
There are a lot of easily missed quests and rewards in Shadow of The Erdtree DLC. Among them, Moore is an NPC in Elden Ring who has an important questline. Here, I will share a complete guide for all the quests and locations of this Moore Questline.
Before we start, I need to remind you that if you encounter these Friendly Pest NPCs during the quest, do not attack them. When you talk to them, they will give you various Forager Brood Cookbooks, which are one of the most easily overlooked items in DLC. And attacking them will also interfere with your Moore Questline.
After this introduction, we will go to Main Gate Cross Site of Grace to start Moore’s quest. There we can find Moore and talk to him.
If we consume an item from Moore’s shop, we will have the option of “Talk to Moore”. If we go and talk to another NPC, Ansbach, and complete all of his dialogue, we should be able to ask him about “Person in Verdigris Armor”.
The next step we will complete in Moore Questline involves another NPC, Thiollier, and can only be done before breaking Great Rune, which happens when approaching Shadow Keep.
To reach Thiollier, we need to cross Ellac Greatbridge and then move southeast along Pillar Path. A smaller path branches off from the main path east and will take us to Pillar Path Cross. We can find Thiollier nearby.
After completing all of the dialogue with Thiollier, we will spend Elden Ring Runes to get poison-related items from him.
Next, let’s fast travel to Main Gate Cross, interact with Moore, and select “Talk to Moore” option to get Black Syrup Key Item. On the way back to Thiollier, we can choose the options “Give Black Syrup”, then “Ask about Black Syrup”, and finally “I’m weary of life”. This will give us Thiollier’s Concoction.
Of course, you can also choose to get more of this consumable from Thiollier for 30,000 Elden Ring Runes each. This item is used to obtain one of the two endings of Dragon Communion Priestess Questline, which comes with a set of exclusive rewards.
Next we will get all Forager Brood Cookbooks, which are recipes given by Friendly Pest NPCs and can only be obtained before completing Moore Questline.
To reach the first Friendly Pest, we will move southeast of Main Gate Cross and up the cliffside to Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace.
From there, we can move a short distance southeast to find Friendly Pest near a ledge. Interacting with it will yield Forager Brood Cookbook [2].
To find the next Friendly Pest, we need to head south to Cerulean Coast. We’ll start at Castle Front Site of Grace and move southeast, sticking to the east side of the main road. After encountering a few Messmer Soldiers, there’s a series of steep but climbable descents that lead down to Ellac River.
After descending, we’ll be able to enter a cave system to the south, near an enormous pink Miranda Flower. We’ll then head southwest through the caves, free to explore along the way.
We can pick up a Revered Spirit Ash before discovering Ellac River Cave Site of Grace. From there, we’ll continue south through the cave system.
There are a few platforming sections here that need to be handled with caution to avoid dying from fall damage. There’s also a small group of Gravebirds lining up on the path, which is also a threat. Despite the danger, we should eventually make it to Ellac River Downstream Site of Grace.
From here, head a little further south to exit this cave. That being said, we still need to continue moving south, past a couple of Lightning Sheeps and a Furnace Golem. We can then turn west and walk through a forest to Cerulean Coast. If you need Southern Shore Map, you can find it just south of there. There is also a Miquella’s Cross to the southeast of the map.
Assuming this is not the case, we can find a second Friendly Pest NPC northeast of Cerulean Coast Site of Grace. Interacting with it will yield Forager Brood Cookbook [3].
To get the remaining Forager Brood Cookbooks, we need to head to Scadu Altus. We can then take Spiritspring to Site of Grace, which is located behind Fort of Reprimand in Scadu Altus.
From there, we can move north along Moorth Highway, discovering a couple of Sites of Grace and obtaining a map of the area, before heading south to Highroad Cross. Be careful not to go north past the map location, as doing so will destroy Miquella’s Great Rune.
Here, we need a Warming Stone to get the next Forager Brood Cookbook. These can be found throughout the base game.
Once we have it, we will head northwest from Highroad Cross to Church of the Crusade. If you get too close to the church, you will be invaded by Fire Knight Queelign. This in itself is not a problem, but if you are invaded, be sure to defeat Queelign before moving north to Friendly Pest NPC. This is because Queelign will follow you and may eventually kill Pest.
Beyond that, we should find Friendly Pest just north of the church. This Pest will need to be warmed up using the nearby Warming Stone. We can then rest at Site of Grace or otherwise reload the game. Afterwards, we can interact with Pest to get Forager Brood Cookbook [4].
Next, we can return to Main Gate Cross. At this point, we should be able to interact and talk to Moore to get Forager Brood Cookbook [7].
Before we break Great Rune, let’s collect the remaining Forager Brood Cookbooks.
The first of these is located southwest of Moorth Ruins, near Ruined Forge of Starfall Past. Interacting with Friendly Pest there will give us Forager Brood Cookbook [1].
Next, head northeast of Moorth Ruins and through the caves near the water’s edge. We’ll reach a pool of venom. Interacting with Friendly Pest near the northeast edge of that pool will give us Forager Brood Cookbook [5].
To get the final Forager Brood Cookbook, we’ll first need to make our way to Church District Highroad, northeast of Scadu Altus.
The final Friendly Pest will be northwest of Church District Highroad Site of Grace, on a plateau. When interacted with, it will give us Forager Brood Cookbook [6].
At this point, we should have all 7 Forager Brood Cookbooks. If this is the case, we no longer need to keep Moore alive to get any content we might have missed.
So, we can return to Main Gate Cross and talk to Moore. Technically, Moore has two choices, and either choice will give the same rewards. The only actual difference we can make is to have Moore die now, without a fight, or die near the end of DLC after we fight him.
To make these choices, we will interact and talk with Moore. Saying “I don’t know” has no effect on Moore.
The slower path to completing Moore Questline is to say “Put it behind you”. Doing so will allow us to fight Moore near the end of DLC to get his item set.
The quicker and easier option is to say “Remain sad forever”. Doing so will allow Moore to die now, without a fight. If we choose either of these two options, and then fast-forward to this location, Moore should be gone.
If you tell Moore “Remain sad forever”, you can go to Friendly Pest location northeast of Church of the Crusade. There, you’ll find Moore’s Bell-Bearing, Verdigris Shield, and Verdigris Armor Set.
If you say “Put it behind you” to Moore, you’ll next encounter him after Cleansing Chamber Anteroom in Enir-Ilim. There, you must fight him as one of Leda’s allies and defeat him. After the fight, you can pick up Moore’s items from his body.
That’s it for the complete guide to Moore Questline. Follow this guide and you won’t miss any of the key content and rewards worth noting. Give it a try! See you next time!
Season Of Discovery Phase 4 is coming out on the 11th of July. This article is designed to help you with what you can do before downloading Phase 4. In short, this is a guide that can be used by both new and hardcore players.
We will first start with upgrading alts or upgrading main characters, then we will understand pre questing, and then we will discuss some of the different Rep Grinds you need.
We will first introduce Leveling and Incursions. Now it is confirmed that Incursions will be removed in the near future. Blizzard specifically pointed out that they will become daily. At this time, we can not use it to upgrade from 40 to 50 or from 25 to 35.
This is indeed a bit difficult, so it is recommended that you complete it as soon as possible. This will also be beneficial later, and it can also increase SOD Gold, which is a win-win situation. You can search for guides on search engines to complete the task quickly. And when phase 4 is about to be released, everyone is preparing new content and other things are about to be finished, so it is still very fast to complete it.
We still have enough time to upgrade, and Raids will actually be available in two weeks. While upgrading, we can also get the required Reps. But if you want to keep your progress ahead, you need to level up two or three levels in Pre questing Grid P4.
Now we should understand our pre questing. Because P4 has not been officially released yet, there is no way to give a detailed guide for the time being. And I think pre questing is time-consuming. It takes at least twice or even several times longer to complete our pre questing than to complete those tasks.
Regarding classes, we can only choose between cooking and tailoring. And after we choose, we must upgrade the selected class to at least level 225, or to level 300 before P4 is released. It is best to upgrade the main crafting class and main gathering class to level 300. If I remember correctly, it is mining, blacksmithing, herbalism, alchemy, etc.
Before we enter SOD Reputation Grinds, we first have to go to a place - Argent Dawn. Starting in Eastern plague lands, we just need to run. If you have a flight path in this place, you just need to follow the route through Alarak Mountains to get your trinket.
The way to get Argent Dawn rep is that you can join a team or even a raid team. We go to Argent Dawn and pick up Argent Dawn trinket and then you just need to equip it, and no other tasks are needed.
At this time, you can mage to help you, grab everything and bring it to the log. All mobs will be defeated, and the mage will handle everything. After that, the task is very simple.
There is also a very important thing to collect minion score Stones, which can increase your rep.
Apparently almost everyone is a Skol mans in P4 now, and we’re going to use it a lot for better spamming, maybe you don’t like it yet, but at least knowing that being friendly is a great thing.
If you have Atlas loot, you can view all items that are currently attainable in the game. Mana biscuits make the character friendly, which is great for the character at this stage. There will be more suitable food in the next stage, and although I have a lot of manas, I don’t want to waste everything on this.
If you are a crafter of other types and have enough honors, you can have some tailoring boots leather working, boots blacksmithing first aid and enchanting, which are very useful, but there is no other value at present.
Blizzard did emphasize that all pieces will be upgraded and their original value will be increased, so at present, there is no way to estimate their value. However, its rep is about to be upgraded to revered.
SOD P3 tailoring shoulders and Arcane mantos will be much better than the shoulders you have now, because you have shoulder enchants from sunken Temple. So you don’t have to worry about that.
As for gloves and boots, there is no way to say what they should be now. We can only say that we have to see how it develops. Now there is a good thing that after the rep reaches revere, melee gets blessed sun fruit. The effect of blessed sun fruit is the same as that of squid in P4, so squid will be replaced.
If you are a melee class and invest a lot of money in consumables, then you will probably spend 10 to 15 hours in Arend Dawn rep. At this stage, you can at least get honored and prepare for the next stage.
Now let’s talk about Timbermaw Hold, it is a magnificent leather working one decent for enchanting, and you can choose to upgrade its level to revered. Thorn Brotherhood is very useful for us, and in terms of blacksmithing, it can provide some best gear for our plate wearers.
Besides that, he has the fire resistance, so he is very suitable for entering MC. But unfortunately there is no way to get it now. And he has a cap at honor, which we cannot exceed.
Although we cannot exceed the cap, we at least have some honor. This is an easy grind for us. We need a boatload of iron bars and incendosaur scales.
Some things are very useful for us. We don’t remember to use it until it’s too late. Hopefully, this guide can help you.
Several new weapons were introduced to players in Skyline Valley update for Fallout 76. Some guns were very popular with players, and one of them was V63-BERTHA. This is an energy weapon and a special variant of Tesla Rifle.
In addition to its cool appearance, it is also very powerful and has a very fast rate of fire. If you are a player who likes energy weapons, then you will definitely like V63-BERTHA. Whether you are a novice player or an advanced player, this Fallout 76 Item can adapt well to all player levels and different builds, making you love it.
A public event will randomly appear in Skyline Valley area called Dangerous Pastimes. This event requires you to repair the lightning harvester and knock down waves of enemies, and finally kill Thunder Crab to mark your victory.
This is a very simple event that only takes about 10 minutes to complete. It is important to note that this event is the only place where players can obtain V63-BERTHA. Although it is not guaranteed that you will get this weapon the first time you complete the event, it is worth mentioning that you can only find V63-BERTHA here.
Although V63-BERTHA cannot be re-rolled to obtain some new legendary effects. But the legendary effects of V63-BERTHA itself are already outstanding, and they can also work well together.
While the shooting effect of Two Shot is already very good, it works exceptionally well on V63-BERTHA. The extra rate of fire can help you knock down enemies faster, and the increase in the speed of reloading is a qualitative leap for this weapon.
Thanks to its 2nd star effect, V63-BERTHA has a very high fire rate. This means that it can help you maximize your damage output on enemies. Even though it consumes a lot of ammo, the damage it deals is well worth it.
In addition, the recoil you experience when aiming at the hip is very minimal. Because of the way this weapon works, you don’t have to hit the enemy directly to deal damage. When you get close to the enemy, the energy pulses will bounce back and hit the target you are aiming at.
Although V63-BERTHA is weak against bosses like Scorchbeast Queen and Earle Williams, it is most effective against some of the common enemies wandering around Appalachia. but V63-BERTHA can knock down some melee attackers before they can get close to you. For example, Ghouls, Mirelurks, and human enemies are no match for this Fallout 76 Item.
So you can use it as a backup weapon. Its fast-firing and heavy-hitting capabilities are perfect for when you’re facing off against groups of enemies. If you’re using a more powerful primary weapon, like Quad Railway Rifle, you can switch between the two weapons at will to maximize damage.

The standard non-legendary Tesla Rifle only holds up to 15 rounds, but V63-BERTHA holds 30 rounds. Some players may think that’s not a lot, just a double relationship. But in certain combat situations, twice as many bullets may save your life.
Tesla Rifles are not heavy weapons, but their reload speed is almost the same, which is also very slow. Even if you use Speed Demon mutation to increase the speed, it is still very slow compared to some lighter weapons. So, if you need the same reload time, why not choose a gun with a larger ammo capacity?
In the game, if you want to gain XP through killing, you need to know that you don’t need to kill the enemy completely. As long as you deal damage to this enemy, you will get XP you want when it is killed.
V63-BERTHA is perfect for this job because the energy beams it releases will rebound and hit the target and other nearby enemies. This way you can deal many times more damage to groups of enemies, and you will get XP regardless of whether they die under your gun.
Events like Radiation Rumble are perfect for using V63-BERTHA because you can get a lot of XP between most of the kills. Also, because of the unique way this weapon works, you only need to park somewhere and fire in the general direction of the enemy attack!
V63-BERTHA’s ammo - Fusion Cells are also a very popular type of ammo. Many weapons use this ammo, so many players are using it. Players who don’t need Fusion Cells will sell them at CAMP vendors for 1 Fallout 76 Bottle Cap per round.
In addition, although this ammo is expensive to make, you can get three times more ammo than usual by using the perks of Ammo Smith and Super Duper. In addition, you can also drop a portion of Fusion Cells after defeating enemies in Expeditions and Daily Ops. So you don’t have to worry about the number of Fusion Cells.
Have you found V63-BERTHA in Fallout 76 Skyline Valley? If not, go get it! If you already have it, go use it to fight. Have fun exploring Skyline Valley!
As we all know, the release of WoW Cataclysm Classic introduced a slew of new content, with more items, gear, and mounts for every class and profession. Among them, Embersilk Cloth is a new addition that deserves our attention. It is useful to you regardless of your class and profession.
Embersilk Cloth is a must-have item for upgrading the new First Aid level, which is a secondary profession that every character needs to know, especially for Tailors.
In addition, upgrading Illustrious level of some major professions also requires this key item as the main crafting material. Therefore, it is crucial to know how and where to farm Embersilk Cloth. If you have extra Cloth, you can also earn extra WoW Cataclysm Classic Gold by selling it to others.
Here, we will provide some of the best locations to help you collect this key item as soon as possible. Let’s get straight to it!
As one of the first zones visited by level 80 players, Mount Hyjal is designed to be one of the best places to gather a variety of materials. Mountain Trout collected here can be used for Cooking and Fishing, Cinderbloom can be used for Herbalists, and Embersilk can be used for Tailoring and First Aid. Of course, these are just a few examples.
Beyond that, Guardians of Hyjal have the most coveted gear, items, enchants, and trinkets of all the new factions, which is another incentive for people to explore the area. Once the reputation reaches Friendly, players can obtain a Tabard from Provisioner in Nordrassil, which can help you better handle the upcoming dungeons.
It may seem illogical to place the dungeon for Guardians of Hyjal in Blackrock Mountain, but we can get there on just one mole-machine ride. Plus, there are already several dungeons in this location, so adding another one makes sense.
Note that Summoning Stone here is still centrally located, suspended above the infamous Lake of Molten Rock. This is handy since mole-machine isn’t always available.
If your character is less than level 85, make sure to set the dungeon to normal mode so you can drop in to start the questline even if you’re not in a party. The quests here will net you more Guardians of Hyjal Reputation, which also means more opportunities to farm Embersilk from Twilight’s Hammer Minions.
It’s exciting to finally have an underwater level in Azeroth. Once you get used to riding Seahorse mounts in a three-dimensional environment, farming here won’t be a problem at all.
Not only is this a great place to collect Embersilk, which can be dropped by the various Naga that roam the area, but you can also find all sorts of much-needed Cooking materials here, like Monstrous Crab and Blood Shrimp.
The history of this place is fascinating. After Sundering, Night Elves who followed Queen Azshara and their beloved leader all came here. Here, players can experience quests from the past of this area, and have the opportunity to become a Naga Battlemaiden and fight Ancient Vrykul.
You can also choose to join Harrison Jones storyline in Uldum Desert. The storyline is full of movie and pop culture references, and there is a long questline that involves killing a lot of undead and humanoid enemies.
Note that Harrison Jones quests are actually separate from those related to the new faction in the area, Uldum Accord. Therefore, I would recommend completing all of them to get the best Embersilk yield.
Harrison Jones quests start in your faction’s capital, which can be Orgrimmar or Stormwind, but Uldum Accord chain begins on the notice board once your character reaches level 83. Going south along both routes, you can find a number of places suitable for collecting Embersilk, including new dungeons of Lost City of the Tol’vir and Vortex Pinnacle.
Quests of Deepholm usually involve Elementals or other Ethereal Creatures, so it’s not as good for collecting Embersilk as some of the other areas. However, Stonecore is a new dungeon in the central location of the region, which contains minions of Twilight’s Hammer and the inhabitants of this dark underworld.
You’ll want to spend enough time completing the questline to speak with Therazane so she can give you the quest for the new dungeon, Wayward Child, which means you have a better chance of getting Embersilk Cloth. This is separate from the initial quest available upon arrival, Into the Stonecore, which involves Dragon Aspect Ysera.
All enemies in this area are either human or undead, so almost all of them have a chance of dropping Embersilk. Since they are in a PvP zone, they also have a higher than average respawn rate, but the problem is that these enemies are high-level enemies and are backed by players from the opposing faction, so you can die easily.
Although it is more dangerous here than anywhere else, there are other reasons to visit this area, the major incentive being the PvP objectives. There are several daily quests to complete that require reputation, so for those who like the excitement of player-versus-player battles, you can build up some reputation in the meantime.
These are the 6 primary locations we have for farming Embersilk Cloth at the moment. Try to explore these locations and you will be able to reach your goals as soon as possible. Good luck!
At this stage, many players have entered Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree to explore Scadu Altus, but when you approach Shadow Keep from any angle, a message will appear on your screen: "A Great Rune has broken..."
This event will cause a lot of recent changes to the world around you, especially among Miquella’s followers, so you can go back and see their new dialogue. Talking to them may clarify their intentions after the Great Rune is broken.
The good news is that after you receive this message, you will not be locked out of any story quests unless you continue to move forward and defeat other bosses in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.
In the previous basic gameplay, players basically choose to defeat Miquella's followers to obtain their Elden Ring Items, such as equipment and weapons as rewards. After Great Rune breaks, some followers will abandon darkness and join the light, and some will continue to follow. You can choose to keep them or defeat them directly according to your needs.
This guide will detail what changes will happen after Great Rune is broken, and may contain spoilers, so players who have not yet dabbled in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC should be aware.
While exploring the southern shores, you will come across a cave that was sealed by Miquella and is very hidden. After Great Rune breaks, the seal is broken. Once you enter this cave, you will continue St. Trina and Thiollier’s questlines.
Thiollier was acquainted with St.Trina before, and he was willing to sacrifice everything to see her one last time. You can tell Thiollier where St.Trina is, and he will be very grateful. But there, he will become a little poisoned and wish to fall into an eternal sleep as soon as possible, just to be with her voice forever.
You can also tell him what St.Trina said, which will make him crazy and hysterically tell you that he is the chosen one, not you. After you anger him, Thiollier will attack you outside Site of Lost Grace. In the end, you will find Thiollier dead next to St. Trina, ending his life in regret.
Very little is known about Freyja, as she has just appeared in Shadow Keep. She seems to be trying to find something here and is very regretful that she didn’t have the chance to let Ansbach teach her knowledge.
After talking to her in front of the Belurat Tower Settlement, you’ll later explore the Shadow Keep’s Specimen Storehouse, where you’ll find Ansbach on the First Floor and Freyja on the Seventh Floor. If you talk to Ansbach first, then talk to Freyja, and then talk to Ansbach again about Freyja’s problems, Ansbach will give you a letter - Freyja’s letter.
If you give this letter to Freyja, she will appear in Enir-Ilim as an antagonist, and you’ll get her equipment and Freyja’s great sword. If you don’t give the letter to Freyja, she won’t appear in Enir-Ilim. We’re not sure yet if Freyja will appear as your ally in Enir-Ilim.
Hornsent had a terrible impression of Marika and her descendants from the beginning, but he became one of Miquella’s followers. After Great Rune Break, Hornsent will tell you that it was because they were cursed by Miquella’s spell.
But now, without the influence of the spell, Hornsent still believes in Miquella very much. His desire for revenge has also emerged, and his next goal is to become an Impaler Messmer.
Needle Knight Leda is like Hornsent, but she feels that Miquella’s enchantment has failed, and she is still very loyal to Miquella. However, she is not sure about the others. This makes her think about whether those people are still worthy of her sword. There will be three options here:
If you suggest that she choose Thiollier, she will think he is not a threat. But if you suggest that she choose neither nor Hornsent, she will follow him instead, because he may defeat Miquella in the later stage.
Regardless of which one you let her choose, when you further explore Shadow Keep, you will find Needle Knight Leda and Hornsent’s Summon Signs together. Now it’s your choice - help one of them.
Some players have a fear of choice and don’t want to help her make a choice, then you can choose to defeat her directly to get her armor and sword. But if you choose to help her eliminate one of them, she will give you two talismans.
Moore is a relatively abnormal person. He said that he did not feel Miquella’s light, and he was sad about Leda’s recent actions. You will also make a choice here to help him:
If you really don’t know and choose the third option, Moore will think that you have no choice and will continue to ask you. So you can only choose between the first and second options. The final result of your choice is currently invisible, and it will only be known at the end of Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.
After learning about the behavior of Miquella's followers after Great Rune breaks, do you have more confidence in defeating them? I hope you can have fun in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC and create your own legend!
To celebrate your hard work, Zeal of Zenithar Event is back. This time, you’ll earn a new outfit and weapon style by completing daily event quests and earning special parcels.
Here you can find out how to complete daily quests during Zeal of Zenithar event and what rewards you can earn, plus this guide will walk you through all the ways you can save during the event.
Zeal of Zenithar event returns on June 20 at 10am EDT and runs until July 2 at 10am EDT. Until then, you can enjoy massive ESO Gold savings and even earn coffers.
This event brings a 75% reduction in Wayshrine Travel costs, a 50% reduction in Vendor Repair gold costs, and a 10% reduction in Global Vendor prices. These Vendors include merchants who sell items for gold (including Golden and Luxury Vendors, but not Guild Traders), Alliance Points Vendors, Tel Var General Merchants, and even Houses that can be obtained by spending gold.
In addition, Crafting Inspiration gains have also been increased by 100%, so this is a good time to upgrade Crafting Tree. At the same time, this event also provides 3 Event Tickets per day when you complete daily quests, for a total of 39.
However, in order to unlock the daily quests, you need to complete this Introductory Quest first, so get it for free from Crown Store, then go to Belkarth, Craglorn, and complete Unrefusable Offer.
If you don’t know how to find these locations, then a good way to help you get there quickly is to use the portal in any Impresario Tent.
Completing this quest is not difficult. First, Amminus Varo wants Baked Apples, and he asks us to collect wood at a location marked on the map. Then we just need to find and return Zenithar’s Blessed Awl.
After that we need to talk to Amminus Varo again, make an offering to Zenithar and complete Unrefusable Offer. After completing this Introductory Quest, you will unlock the daily repeatable quest: Honest Toil.
If you are confused about any part of the quest, then you can find a cook selling Baked Apples Recipe next to the supply station. In addition, there is a basket of apples on the ground next to Zenithars statue, and the piece of Maple can be found across the stream opposite the quest giver. If you can’t defeat the enemy guarding it, you can sneak up behind him and get the basket without fighting.
You can then access the daily quests in the same area. Honest Toil will give you 3 quests to choose from, but you only need to complete 1 of them to turn the quest in to Fasaria and get your Event Tickets.
The first time you complete this daily quest each day, you will receive a Gold Box in addition to the 3 Event Tickets. If you complete Honest Toil multiple times on the same day, you will receive a Purple Box on subsequent completions. This is the only way to get Boxes and Tickets every day!
I must remind you that this Introductory Quest will also appear as a daily quest for characters who have completed it before, but completing it will not reward Gold Boxes or Tickets.
Both Boxes contain most of the same items, but Gold Boxes are more likely to contain more valuable rewards.
In addition to this, you can only get one Gold Road Dragoon Outfit Style Page per day, and each box after that has a chance to drop Style Pages from the past Zeal of Zenithar event.
To get more boxes, you may want to try a few ways:
First, we have to think of Daily Writs. Unfortunately, Zenithar is not as lucrative for crafters as it used to be, as now each account can only get one box per day from a crafting writ. Even Master Writs are limited to 7 boxes per day per account, one per crafting discipline.
Solo players and thieves can participate in Dishonest Work such as Pickpocketing or opening Thieves Trove and Safeboxes for a chance to get boxes. There is no daily limit on these drops, but be careful of bounties and guards.
Guildmates who team up can get one box each time they defeat an unlimited number of World Bosses or complete an unlimited number of World Events such as Dolmens. Note that you must be in the same region to get these boxes.
Partyed guildmates also have a chance to get parcels at the end of each round of conquering Group Arenas or each Cycle of Infinite Archive, with parcels guaranteed in the last few rounds. If you’re not in any player guild and you want to make it easier to farm these boxes, now is a good time to look for a guild.
So, what can you do with Event Tickets during an event? This is your first chance this year to get all 3 fragments from Impresario to complete Master of Schemes Personality. And her assistant, Philius Dormier, has fragments for Deadlands Scorcher and Scales of Akatosh Skin.
In short, take advantage of this event to get those unique items you’ve been coveting, like the new Merryvine Estate or Reserve Materials. Also, like I mentioned before, Golden and Luxury Vendors will have some great deals during this event, so enjoy them!
With the exciting arrival of Fallout 76 Season 17 Skyline Valley, there’s a new area, a new main questline, and a new public event, Dangerous Pastimes, for players to enjoy.
Here, let’s talk about some things you should consider in the new season regarding Seasons System, and the most effective way to maximize your Season Rank.
To unlock the latest Season System, you now have to earn both ranks and tickets, so the obvious question is whether you’ve earned enough tickets to unlock Fallout 76 Items as you level up.
I counted the number of items on each page and categorized them by type, Fallout 1st specific plans and consumables, then general plans and consumables.
If you want to get all the items, you’ll need to pay an average of 190 tickets per page. So not consuming these items can save you at least a few hundred tickets. This is equivalent to 7 ranks per new page. But basically, you get enough tickets to redeem all the items on one page before you unlock the next page.
It seems like the developers have intentionally fine-tuned things to make sure you don’t run out of tickets. This applies from rank 1 to level 100, so within these levels, the new season plays out essentially the same as the old scoreboards. But once you get to the bonus pages, things change a lot.
In the old scoreboards, rank 100 gave you a lot of bonuses, much more than every level before it. It was meant to be a small reward for people who completed the scoreboard. The first bonus page in the new season system plays a similar role and gives you a lot of items. But now you have to pay for tickets to unlock them, and they’re very expensive.
If you add up the prices of all the items, it comes to 1250 tickets. Coincidentally, that’s exactly 50 levels.
So, guess what level you have to reach to unlock the second bonus page? Yep, level 150. So I have no doubt that this is intentional.
On average, it takes 5 ranks to get each item. But since you have now reached a rank 100, you lose score from experience. So you have to rely entirely on Daily and Weekly Challenges.
Now each rank costs 3500 score, which is 17500 score per item. Without using any Boosters or Fallout 1st, completing all six Daily Challenges will bring you 2500 score, and 8 Weekly Challenges will bring you 10,500 score. If you complete all challenges, you will get a total of 28,000 score per week. This means it will take you a little over six weeks to get all the items on the first bonus page.
The second bonus page contains consumables, which you can get repeatedly. Each consumable costs three ranks. But the problem is that you also need to unlock 95 items, which means you need to have Fallout 1st to access the second bonus page.
Most of the rewards are not worth getting through tickets, though, because you can get them through gold or playing games. The most desirable items are Score Boosters, which you can use in future seasons to speed up your score.
If you get this far, I recommend getting as many of them as you can. Carrying Boosters is pretty good if you’re constantly overloading. But for everything else, they’re easier to get through playing.
So you can see that the prices of tickets and items are carefully calculated to use the fear of missing out to encourage players to play longer. But the fear of missing out can only go so far. At a certain point, if you make the cost too high, you actually end up having the opposite effect because people simply give up on getting the items. That’s the problem with two bonus pages.
Before rank 100, you can get items without worrying too much about ticket costs. But once you try to get bonus items, ticket costs skyrocket.
Players who have already played rank 100+ with Scoreboard will continue to do so, so it won’t make a difference to them. But casual players will eventually get discouraged because you’ll have a long period where you get nothing unless you really plan ahead.
Six weeks from the first bonus page to get 10 items is too long. And the fact that you need Fallout 1st to get to the second bonus page, combined with the lackluster rewards, makes it hard to imagine anyone deliberately aiming for the second page.
Generally speaking, for casual players, it’s not worth it to try to get past 100 rank. This goes against what Season System is supposed to be trying to achieve. At the very least, the cost of bonus page tickets needs to be balanced, or the progression needs to be rebalanced to keep those casual players.
Another big change is that you can spend 1500 Atoms to access Fallout 1st exclusive items. Before this, you actually needed to subscribe to Fallout 1st every month. So is it worth it?
Scoreboard itself does give you 1000 Atoms, and Fallout 1st gives you another 1000 Atoms. So in theory, if you spend Atoms to unlock that feature, you'll end up 500 Atoms ahead. You also get a total of 25% score bonuses.
If you know you'll be playing the later pages regularly, it's worth unlocking Fallout 1st right away. The score boost alone means you'll get more ranks, and you'll end up with more Atoms than you started with.
For casual players, you'll need to unlock at least Page 11 to break even, and it's all free Atoms after that. So if you think you can make it that far, it's worth it.
So how should you approach the new Season Format? Here are some tips you need to know.
First, avoid redeeming items right before the end of the season so you know how many tickets you’ll have. This is especially important if you want to get items on the bonus page.
Obviously, every player will have some must-have items, and there’s nothing wrong with redeeming some. In my opinion, the new Cremator weapon is a must-have for this season, but for things like costumes and skins, you should hold off.
Second, focus on redeeming the most important items first. Everyone has different priorities, so what’s important to everyone is different. But getting the most valuable items first ensures you don’t run out of tickets.
Third, avoid acquiring any consumable items unless there’s nothing else to earn. The obvious exceptions are score boosts and atoms, which are always worth getting right away. But things like gold, nuclear keycards, legendary cores, and more, can all be earned by playing the game. Don’t spend tickets on them until you’re sure there’s nothing else to earn.
Fourth, spend Atoms to unlock Fallout 1st items, but only if you’ve played to at least Page 11, so that the extra score boost is worth it.
