The normal Lilith in Diablo 4 is not a particularly difficult boss for most players, and can even be called easy. But when players face Echo of Lilith, such words can no longer be said.

Echo of Lilith can be said to be the most powerful boss in Diablo 4. If your build is not perfect, going to find Echo of Lilith is basically suicide. Echo of Lilith is more special among all Diablo 4 bosses, because the boss battle of Echo of Lilith will give Diablo 4 players a feeling of challenging a boss in Souls series, which is a very rare experience for players who have reached the endgame.

Echo of Lilith is a very special boss, not only because of her strong strength but also because after you challenge her, you will hardly get any rewards, and even not much Diablo 4 Gold. But players are still very keen on Echo of Lilith, because whether they can challenge Echo of Lilith has become a standard for testing their endgame builds.

Some Tips

An endgame build character with almost perfect gear can skip, ignore or withstand most combat mechanics, so before fighting Super Lilith, collect as much better gear as possible, wear your best armor, bring your best weapons, and use Diablo 4 Gold to adjust your skills to the most perfect state. This will save you a lot of time.

If possible, try to reach the 9230 armor cap and all other resistance caps. Although Super Lilith’s encounter has been greatly adjusted in the fourth season, most of her abilities are no longer one-shot kills, making the fight easier overall, but it doesn’t mean that you can survive her second attack after taking one of her attacks.

In addition to resistances, stack movement speed as much as possible. The faster your character moves, the harder it is for Lilith’s Void Orbs to hit you. Lilith’s Void Orbs is the most threatening skill in the entire battle. The best choice is boots, Tumbling. This item has been buffed in Season 4, granting 125% movement speed for one second while in Evade, allowing you to burst into incredible speed and dodge her attacks.

Juggernaut’s Aspect won’t perform as well in Echo Of Lilith boss fight due to the need for Evade. Juggernaut’s Aspect provides high armor, but doubles the cooldown of Evade. Evade is a skill that players will need for this boss fight, so try not to bring Juggernaut’s Aspect.

Using defensive skills to gain immunity is a good way to get through Phase 2. For example, Flame Shield has a 20-second cooldown, and when it is active, the player will be immune to fire.

Most of the damage dealt by Uber Lilith is shadow damage, so try to increase resistance to shadow damage. It is recommended to carry some Elixir of Shadow Resistance II in your backpack, which can increase shadow resistance by 30% for 30 minutes.

The key to the entire boss fight is to avoid Lilith’s skills. Her skills basically have a torment debuff, which will cause Lilith to do more damage to you!

Phase 1

Lilith will create several Blood Blisters in the first phase, and there will be Blood Orbs floating around it. You avoid hitting Blood Orbs and then kill Blood Blisters.

At the end of the first phase, Oppressors will be summoned by Lilith, but its health is not high, so it is not difficult to deal with.

It should be noted that at the end of the first phase, Lilith will release Triangle Wave. You need to hide on the periphery as much as possible and avoid being hit by the outer and inner waves. These waves will not clear your health bar in one hit, but they also have many debuffs.

You need to reduce Lilith’s health bar as quickly as possible to prevent her from flying over your head in the first phase to release more powerful waves.

Phase 2

Lilith will refill her health bar in Phase 2 and create 4 Blood Pools in the field. Blood Orbs will still float out of them. You need to avoid these Blood Orbs.

Lilith will continue to destroy platforms in Phase 2. She will first destroy the upper third of the platform, then the right third, and finally the left. You need to move to a safe place before these platforms are destroyed.

During this period, Blood Pools will launch high-speed purple spheres. This is when your high-speed movement comes in handy. This time, the purple spheres will cause high shadow damage to you. Try to use your Evade and movement speed to avoid them.

When all three platforms are destroyed and Lilith’s health bar is emptied, then congratulations, you have successfully completed this difficult encounter.

Rewards

Lilith will not drop very rare Diablo 4 items like other bosses. Her drops are not valuable, but defeating her will gain two titles.

Lilith will mainly drop Resplendent Spark and the mount Reins of Bloody Liquid Steed.

Resplendent Spark can be used to forge Mythic Unique Cache or create Rune. And Reins of Bloody Liquid Steed is a blood-red horse. Echo Of Lilith is the only boss that drops a mount.

The above is a simple guide on how to challenge Echo Of Lilith in Diablo 4 Season 7. If you are confident in your endgame build, challenge her.
