Chaser Zero is located in the northern part of FH6 Ohtani region, near the main Horizon Festival track and hub. Getting there quickly is easy: open the map, navigate to Ohtani region, find the main Horizon Festival hub, and Fast Travel there. You'll see Chaser Zero once you arrive.
